« We enjoyed the setting of this property. It is a beautiful old house. Our room was nice. It was refreshing to swim in the outdoor pool although there was rust on the ladder to get out, due to it being a salt water treated pool. Possibly nothing can be done about that. There is no A/C and our room was quite warm but the ceiling fan and extra floor fan helped. « It’s clear this property is being updated. I was worried when I got to the front desk, but was so happy when I saw my room. One of the cleanest rooms I have ever stayed in. I travel a lot for work and really appreciated the super comfy bed which was also clearly new. Will be back. The staff were also very friendly. »

« Loved this property! Area is close to highway! Very large and a mini kitchen was a bonus! Stayed with my daughter and baby granddaughter, they loved the pool, heated as t the end of September. Breakfast was excellent, something for everyone! »

« Stay was great overall. The rooms are spacious et clean, although I did find hair in the bathroom when we came in, which was a bit offputting. The hotel is nice, but could use some renos. The lobby is a bit hard to navigate and one of the elevators was broken for multiple days, which made it time consuming to go up to our room each time. « We have been to Harrison a number of times, so I'm not sure how we missed Bramblebank Cottages in the past?! But this discovery has put a whole new spin in visiting Harrison! The property was perfect for my husband and I, in our private little cottage. So clean, well equipped, cozy, convenient and relaxing! We loved it sooo much, we have booked the whole property for our whole group (dragonboat team) for next year! Can't wait. I have to admit, we have overlooked Harrison as a "close but far"...

« After booking two months in advance, we were unable to stay here. This may have been unique to our experience. A conversation with the host verified that two dogs would be allowed on the property, so I went ahead to confirmed the booking. The host of the property was surprised when I contacted them at 3 PM check-in time for the details. It appears the property is listed on multiple sites and there was a technical issue, which resulted in overbooking. This left us scrambling with our two dogs...

"Stay was great overall. The rooms are spacious et clean, although I did find hair in the bathroom when we came in, which was a bit offputting. The hotel is nice, but could use some renos. The lobby is a bit hard to navigate and one of the elevators was broken for multiple days, which made it time consuming to go up to our room each time. The hot springs and the spa were great, clean and the long hours access to the pools allowed multiple visits, even while staying only 1 night. I also had a great experience getting a facial at the spa. The breakfast buffet at the Lakeside Restaurant is also very good and offers a large selection of options. My only suggestion would be to offer more dairy free and gluten free options. I would recommend the resort to friends for sure! "
