« Would have loved to have more time to stay at the property and enjoy the lake - it was beautiful! The house itself was fine - my friend described it as a giant shed. But there needs to be pillow protectors on the pillows - it sucks when you're a non-smoker, haven't brought your own pillows from home, put your head down late at night to finally go to sleep and get the stench of cigarette smoke. I don't believe anyone had been smoking inside but I do believe smokers had rented the property before...

« This was the perfect size for us for a short stay. It had all the essentials, and it was clean and tidy. (We spend most of our time outside and away from our lodging when on vacation.) I discussed a couple of small concerns with the host, and he was very responsive. We would stay there again in the future. »

« This home is such a gem! A historic home that is updated with many modern conveniences. We’ve been to MANY AirB&B’s and this home was probably the best equipped we’ve been in! Convenient to Boothbay and lots of downeast inlets and harbors. Very quiet, but close to groceries, food and farm stands. Our only regret was not staying longer- we would have loved to grill and use the fire pit! »

« This sweet little cottage was just perfect for our short stay in the Wiscasset-Edgecomb area. So clean and nicely situated - it was so comfortable and such a nice touch that it was not just "pet-friendly" but featured a dog bed and clean bowls for food and water for our pup as well! Every aspect of our stay was as easy as it could be - we'd absolutely recommend! »

« Nice and cozy but need a place to unpack clothing. We stayed a week and had to live out of the suitcases… We did have a few bug issues but being n the woods some are to be expected. Outside the cottage needed to be hosed down from cobwebs, tree dropping, etc. but again being in the woods some is to be expected. Maybe put chair cushions on two bar chairs for comfort? Needed wash cloths for a week long stay. Overall we would stay again but plan better? »

« Very nice little cottage on the water. It was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. We also enjoyed walking around the resort neighborhood. »

« The place was spacious and plenty of room for our family to stay in. Pet friendly was very important to us. The beds were extremely comfortable!The coffee maker with the freshly gound beans every morning was a delight! The place is on a nice country road with beautiful views. Area restaurants and a bike/walking path only a couple miles away. »

« Our stay at the cottage was wonderful! It was very cute and welcoming! It was clean and well stocked with basic essentials. The communication with host was excellent and it was very easy to check in and out. Highly recommend!!! »

« Spacious cottage (in a resort full of cottages) nicely located to visit Boothbay Harbor, Wiscasset and a day trip to the Portland coast. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils etc to make it easy to cook. Large table for family game nights. Great beds! The front porch and lawn were better for hanging outside. The back patio area is small and needs cleanup but we did not need it. »
