« Our group had a lot of fun at the MLR. The host team is responsive and accommodating. The house clearly gets a lot of use and there's some expected wear (ex: 2 of the door handles on porch doors fell off at first use (a crafty member of our group fixed these) and the oven door doesn't fully close (we were notified of this at check in). But, for what we needed it for it checked every box! »

« Great cabin with a good selection of lake toys and land toys. Fully equipped kitchen, huge comfortable porch, multiple sleeping configurations. Easy check-in and out. Great communications with the hosts. We’re already booking again for next year! »

« Great property for large groups. Commerical kitchen, bar and arcade room are nice added bonuses. The rooms are spacious. 9min drive max to Sunday River was perfect for the early am rush to the mountains. Our group is already talking about heading back next year! »

« This place was like a lottery dream home if you love the outdoors. Huge and spacious in every aspect - bedrooms, shared space, bathrooms, MASSIVE deck looking right out at the Kennebeck River, and lots of land to walk around the shore line. It is very much a hunting themed lodge but we were there for rafting, which is about 3 minutes away. Everything was modern and updated and the owner was responsive to all questions. We are planning another trip we were so happy with it. »

« Jason and Taffy were so nice and helpful. The suite was cozy and clean. The only thing that would have made it better would have been a lake view. The property was right on the lake and we were able to kayak right from there which was really nice. We were also able to rent an ATV right from Jason and Taffy so we could enjoy the extensive and beautiful trails. Definitely recommend this property! »

« A group of friends and I planned a weekend trip to Raggae Fest at Sugarloaf and the house ended up being the main attraction. Right when you walk into the living room you are greeted by more moose and deer heads than you can count. It made for a super unique experience and something that I’m sure we will talk about for years to come. There’s also a great downstairs with pool and ping pong that was a huge hit. The photos also don’t do a justice of just how big the place is. We had a larger group...
