Welcome to our charming Moroccan-inspired apartment, a serene oasis that will transport you to another world. Our apartment features a queen-sized bed, perfect for couples, solo travelers, or small groups looking for a peaceful retreat. You'll find plenty of storage space for your belongings, so you can unpack and feel at home right away.

The decor in our apartment is inspired by the vibrant colors and patterns of Moroccan design, with beautiful textiles and intricate details that create a warm and inviting atmosphere. You'll love spending time on our meditation and yoga deck, a serene space perfect for quiet contemplation or a morning yoga practice.

For those who enjoy dining al fresco, our apartment also features a full outdoor dining area where you can enjoy meals while surrounded by lush greenery and fresh air. Our apartment is flooded with natural light and boasts plenty of windows, creating a bright and airy atmosphere. You'll have access to WiFi and streaming services such as Netflix, Amazon, and Disney +, so you can relax and unwind with your favorite shows and movies.

We do have AC, but it is most often not needed. We are up the mountain at a higher elevation, yet only 5 minutes from the beach. We have high powered adjustable ceiling fans and there is a cool breeze throughout the house. Temperatures sit in the 70s during the day and down to 60's at night for a restful sleep. In comparison Kona Town is usually in the high 70's - 90's.

*note we have poured our focus into renovating our interior units and are currently working on the exterior driveway area. We apologize for the appearance of the exterior in advance while we are working on it.

One of the biggest draws of the area is the beautiful beach, which is just a 5-minute drive away from our Airbnb. Here, you can snorkel, surf, body board, and swim to your heart's content, enjoying the crystal-clear waters and stunning natural scenery.

For those who are interested in learning to surf, your host Brad is a highly experienced surfer and offers private surf lessons to our guests. Whether you're a complete beginner or an experienced surfer looking to improve your skills, Brad can offer personalized instruction tailored to your needs and abilities. Please inquire in advance if you're interested in taking surf lessons during your stay.
No smoking is allowed inside the apartment or on the property. Smoking is strictly prohibited.

No parties or large gatherings are allowed on the property. We have a strict policy against any kind of partying or loud behavior that may disturb our neighbors or other guests.

Quiet time is from 7:30 pm to 8:00 am. During this time, we ask that guests keep noise to a minimum to ensure the comfort and privacy of all guests on the property.

Additional overnight guests must be approved by the host. Any guests who are not registered must be approved in advance by the host. An additional fee may be required for extra guests.

Any damage to the apartment or its amenities must be reported to the host before checkout. We ask that guests respect the property and report any damages that may occur during their stay.
