With both an upper and lower level, you'll enjoy spacious, fully-equipped apartments designed for comfort and relaxation. Whether you're staying in the upper or lower level, you'll have exclusive use of the entire home for the duration of your stay. This duplex features 2 fully-equipped apartments—one on the upper level and one on the lower level—each offering its own set of amenities and cozy layout. The property includes 4 spacious bedrooms (2 on each level), providing ample comfort for large families or groups of friends. With 2 separate apartments, you get the perfect mix of shared common spaces and privacy.

Both levels also feature in-unit washer and dryer facilities for your convenience, so you can pack light and keep up with laundry during your stay.

★ LIVING AREAS ★
Each level has its own open-plan kitchen and living area, offering a spacious and inviting place to unwind. Both areas include a smart TV with Roku access, allowing you to log into your Netflix, Hulu, or Amazon Prime accounts. Just don’t forget to log out before you leave! The layout is perfect for large groups to relax together, while also allowing for plenty of personal space.

★ BATHROOMS AND LAUNDRY ★
Each level has 2 full bathrooms, stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers in the showers, as well as plush bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths. Both levels also have in-unit washers and dryers, complete with laundry detergent. This is especially convenient for families or groups who need to freshen up and stay organized during a longer stay.

★ PRIVATE OUTDOOR SPACE ★

You’re also just a short drive from the Chiefs (Arrowhead) and Royals (Kauffman) stadiums. With everything you need right at your doorstep, it’s an unbeatable location for family gatherings, group trips, and special events!

Please note that this property is setup like a duplex. You'll have exclusive use of both apartments, located on the upper and lower levels, for the duration of your stay. You will enter thru one main door and then each apartment has its own private entrance—the lower level is accessed via a private entrance on the left side of the home (stairs required), and the upper level has its own separate upstairs.

Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire UPPER AND LOWER UNITS

Each guests will be given a digital code to access the door that will only work during thier stays. Please note that we have placed an electronic lock on the front door for easy quick access. You are welcome to arrive any time after your check-in window.

Getting Around:
Conveniently located!! Just a short walk to the Plaza and Westport. Uber is readily available for transportation, and you can reach most destinations in Kansas City within 20 minutes from here. Additionally, the property is only a 10-minute drive from Union Station, where you can hop on the KC Streetcar for FREE!

HOUSE RULES:
No Smoking Inside, NO PARTIES. No Gatherings. NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS. Please Indicate the exact numbers of the guests staying prior to booking.

Be kind to the neighbors. Do not block their parking spots/driveways. If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $2000 if these rules are violated.

This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times— 10:00pm to 7:00am.

LOCAL GUESTS - please send us a message before booking. We CANNOT/ WILL NOT HOST local guests /residents (KC Metropolitan area) without prior authorization or pre-approval. We have the right to decline/refuse a reservation if appropriate prescreening process is not completed.

PARTIES & GATHERINGS: All gatherings are limited to a maximum of 8 people. This rule is strictly enforced, and any violations will result in a mandatory $1000 fine. No events or parties are permitted on the property.
