« The hotel did not switch on generator for about 3 to 4 hours at night when regular electric supply was disrupted. On complaining ,the staff said that as customers did not request for generator supply, they did not switch it on. Their position was that now since you asked for it, we shall switch the generator on whereas it should have been a matter of routine in the event of power disruption. « We had a wonderful stay at Echor Tree Mandara Village. The hotel was beautiful, very clean, great location and kind staff. Rooms were very comfortable and spacious, and the restaurant was delicious. It also has a beautiful view of the mountains and Dharamshala. Highly recommended and will be staying again when back! »
