Parfait en tout point
Merveilleux séjour au naka phuket. Suite à certains avis négatifs nous avions un peu peur de nous y rendre et pas du tt. L'hôtel est juste magnifique, les chambres sont extrêmement propre et design. L'accueil est parfait et tt le personnel es t accueillant et chaleureux. Ils sont gentils comme tout et très respectueux...la piscine privée au top avec une faïence impeccable... Et le petit déjeuner est excellent avec des produits frais et des recettes au top, merci au chef cuisinier qui vient de temps en temps faire une apparition... nous reviendrons...

Accueil moyen (délai d'attente du check-in tres long: en arrivant à 12:15, on nous dit au bout d'une heure qu'il fallait patienter encore une heure !!). En boisson d'accueil: une bouteille d'eau. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables. Attention à la propreté. Environnement calme, en face de la baie mais structures bétonnées assez moches, heureusement que la végétation est présente. La piscine privative est un plus. La vue de la chambre est magnifique. Les chambres en hauteur ont une meilleure vue mais attention à la grimpette et c'est un dédale dans le béton. Le petit déjeuner est correct sans plus

Hôtel luxueux, coûteux et loin de tout
Le NAKA PHUKET est un hôtel très luxueux… et très coûteux. Les villas avec piscine privée sont superbes, très bien agencées, avec une vue sur la plage magnifique (notamment au coucher du soleil). Le complexe est fait de bois et de béton. Beaucoup, beaucoup, beaucoup de béton. Trop de béton. C’est dommage car la nature environnante mériterait davantage de bois que de béton. Par ailleurs, même si cet hôtel est très récent (inauguré en novembre 2013), les premières villas commencent à se déliter : le bois abimé (et champignons), le béton fissuré. Peut-être que la météo locale provoque davantage d’érosion ? Sinon, cet hôtel est très isolé. Il faut parcourir 15 km pour aller à Patong, près de 10 km pour se rendre à Kamala. Aucun commerce, aucun taxi, rien à l’horizon. Vous êtes donc un peu pris en otage et chaque service coute très cher, notamment le taxi qui est commandé pour vous et facturé par l’hôtel en direct (rien n’est payé au chauffeur) moyennant une augmentation de 200 à 300% de la course. Il y a trois navettes gratuites par jour pour Patong mais c’est insuffisant. Le restaurant est superbe, on y mange très bien, mais il faut compter 60 à 90 € à deux par repas, alors qu’à Patong, vous dinez très bien pour 5-10€. Sinon, un clin d’œil particulier pour Sak et Noreen du restaurant, qui ont été adorables, de bon conseils et très accueillants. Un super PLUS aussi pour le petit déjeuner buffet qui est le plus copieux, le plus frais et le plus achalandé que je n’ai jamais vu.

Overall a good stay for our second visit in 10 years. Ice was super helpful in the restaurant and the location and views are great. The property does however need some investment as aspects of it are a bit tired and in need of tidying up.

We had such a great experience from the check in all the way to the end of check out process . Ying was fabulous along with the staff from Golf cart rides to the staff at the buffet . They all were very attentive . Just remember if you want the hustle bustle busy party hotel or area this one is def not the one. It’s situated more for relaxation and best for couples especially with our own private infinity pool to our private beach area .

The strategic position of the resort is indeed a secluded location on a hillside in Phuket, far away from everything. It offers a sunset view from every room, especially the breathtaking view of the Andaman Sea. I am glad to see your recommendation regarding our well-maintained and up-to-date private pools. There is indeed a beautiful public infinity pool overlooking the beach, with plenty of available lounge chairs and umbrellas. The bottom of the pool is dark blue and purple and sparkles, making it look very elegant, and also includes a bar by the pool with cocktail specials. It is so heartwarming to know that you were completely satisfied by our delicacies, which includes a wide range of varieties from across the globe. It is good to see that you thoroughly enjoyed the food we offered, both the quality and quantity. A disappointment
I rarely ever leave reviews but I must do so for the Naka Phuket. If you stay, I would not advise you to book the Napa Suite. My boyfriend and I stayed here and had the most disappointing experience. Their buggy system is inefficient and makes the whole stay extremely inconvenient. The Napa Suite looked like a motel room that had clearly not been renovated for years. To be paying 2500 HKD for a room like this per night is unacceptable. It "boasts" an outdoor tub but housekeeping didn't clean it before we arrived, there were leaves and twigs everywhere the floor on the balcony was dirty. Found hair in the shower and the bed mattress was lumpy. Airconditioner was old and so was the TV. Room was extremely unwelcoming and if you arrive at the building complex past 11, its pitch black and you can hardly find your way to the room. It's clear that the hotel probably struggled during covid and is trying to make up for it now by cutting corners. The toiletries all don't match (i.e. the toothbrush packages looked like they came from two different hotels). The hotel is also severely understaffed, the pool bar only had 2 ladies working both the beach and the pool which made it difficult to put orders in etc. Unless the hotel has a serious renovation I would not advise you to stay here. I'm not sure what the villas are like, maybe they're nicer but the hotel is old and they've missed out on a lot of the finer details that you'd expect when paying what you are paying.

Definitivamente el mejor hotel en Phuket. La comida deliciosa, las instalaciones muy lujosas y bonitas, el personal muy atento y excelente servicio. Recibimos un excelente trato por parte del personal, en especial Dee que estuvo pendiente de nosotros desde que llegamos hasta que nos fuimos. Muy recomendado!!

The Naka is well located near Patong and the activities in the area - and only half an hour to Phuket Town & the large shopping centre. Nicely located on a hillside - with a pool beside the small beach - the pool villas and bedrooms have nice outlooks to sea. A little worn perhaps, with a strange layout (the showers & toilet are at the opposite end of the unit behind the living & bathrooms. Staff are very helpful - if a little short on understanding of English. The food is very good and the breakfast buffet is of a high standard. If you secure a good relative rate - a nice option. Rent a car for access to the many surrounding areas.

인피니트 풀이 전부
호텔 전용 비치가 특이하고 좋았다. 모레는 매우 입자가 부드럽고 고와서 편했다. 그러나 바다에 들어가니 돌이 너무 많아서 맨발로는 절대 못들어갈것 같았다. 호텔 메인 수영장이 너무 예쁘고 관리가 잘되어 있다. 전용풀은 날씨가 안좋아서인지 나뭇잎이나 기타 부유물이 많아서 이용하기가 어려웠다.

If you want to spend time at the hotel only, then this is the place for you. You have a private beach where you can kayak and snorkel. However, it is so far to get anywhere else. You cannot walk anywhere at all. The taxi service from the hotel starts from 450 baht. Facilities are old and not well maintained.
