On a oublié des jouets dans la chambre et nous sommes revenus l'après midi et on nous a dit qu'ils ont rien retrouvé ??????? Vérifier bien votre chambre quand vous partez... Personnel ne parle pas bien l'anglais donc c'est dure de se faire comprendre des fois....

Spacieux, proche de la jolie partie de la plage
L'hôtel est très bien situé, dans la rue principale, proche de tous les commerces et de la plage. Les chambres sont simples, spacieuses, propres et calmes.

La guest house est très bien située près de la rue commerçante et des restaurants, tout en étant a l'abri du bruit. La proximité de la magnifique plage et de ses restaurants est bien appréciable.

Au pied de la plage
Très bon séjour, personnel tres tres aimable qui a tjs le sourire, le quartier est tres bien situé (au cœur des commerces et restos) sans toutefois en avoir le bruit. Et la plage est au pied de la plage a peine 200m. C'est un tres bon rapport qualité/prix. Vraiment à conseiller.

Hôtel sympa
Très bon accueil - Chambre confortable et propre. Guesthouse de 9 chambres situé au calme. La plage se situe à 5 mn à pied. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Kamala.

Proche de la plage
Personnel très à l écoute et attentionné. Après avoir comparé aux alentours on peut dire que l'ensemble est très bien rapport qualité prix. Bien sécurisé car toujours présents.

Det hade blivit något fel vid bokningen så vi fick ej bo på detta hotell, utan flyttades till ett av deras andra Clearhouse hotell en bit bort. Jättefint hotell. Nytt och fräscht rum. Fin pool. Ingen extra kostnad. Lite snopet först men vi blev jättenöjda när vi såg det andra hotellet. Förstår att detta har hänt flera som bokat detta hotell.

Saknar sänglampa och brödrost. Sängen var mycket skön, bör vara 2 täcken dock. Personalen var mycket trevliga, läget var bästa tänkbara.

The Hotel Was Shut Down
We were shocked to arrive at the Hotel (11pm) and found the whole place was shut down. Luckily we managed to get thru a phone number listed on the glass door, waited a while, for a staff to pick us up and send us to their sister’s hotel.

Staff has been downgraded!
We had stayed at Clear House twice before and it was fantastic; the rooms have been maintained well and it is still a very cozy and quiet place to stay even though you are right on the main beach road. The only difference this time is that the previous couple (Bee and her husband) that managed the guesthouse — which were super friendly, helpful, and able to communicate in English — have been replaced by staff that can barely speak any English. I asked the lady if I could get a receipt for the room and she replied, "Sunny tomorrow.." We had are two year old son with us and she was very cold towards him; and whenever I asked her for something (like an umbrella or stroller), she bluntly answered "No". We came back to Clear House because we loved the atmosphere that the previous caretakers created, which was friendly and caring. Will we be back? Unfortunately, probably not. The quality of the staff is just not on par anymore.

Due to an undisclosed problem I never got stay here.I was placed in the companies main hotel.The room I was given instead was excellent,on the opposite side of the complex above main reception.However due to a very noisy private farm across from the I did check out early.I’m guessing the room I got was maybe for managers/owners/special guests wanting more privacy. So overall,disappointed I lost my first choice but can’t complain with the replacement and me being a light sleeper.

Room was cleaned everyday. Free water & reasonably priced minibar. Tea & Coffee making facility topped up everyday. Staff were very helpful in respect to late check in & arranging early taxi to airport.

Loved staying here as I didn't want the fuss of large town Phuket. The place was very clean. Close to the beach and some wonderful restaurants!! Quiet at night, yet plenty to do during the day!

Great quiet hotel with amazing staff
We needed a place to spend the night near Don Mueang airport, as we were leaving for Phuket the following afternoon. This place is quiet and comfortable, a perfect place to unwind. The staff couldn't have been nicer and treated us like royalty. Highly recommend! They'll take great care of you here.

So Simple
Check in took all of three minutes! Location is excellent. Rooms are clean, spacious with excellent shower room facilities. Linens and bed are very clean and comfortable. Lockable safe box and small fridge are terrific features. I never really felt like I was staying in a motel; it always felt kind of like a home....and that was a good feeling to have.

Trevligt hotell med läge mitt i Kamala.
Läget var perfekt nära shoppinggatan och stranden tyst o lugnt. Stora fina rum med närhet till allt. Många trevliga restauranger både Thai och skandinaviska.

Nice hotel. Fairly central. Close to beach.
Quite central to restaurants and shops for quiet town of Kamala Beach. Walking distance to beach. About 5 mins walk. Hotel staff weee friendly and helpful. Room was nice enough and shower was hot! Travelled over Thailand for 2 weeks and only had warm showers until this guesthouse.

Överbokat!!!!
Ta inte detta hotell!!! Överbokar och sedan hjälper de inte till för att hitta nått annat utan skyller bara på att de inte kan rå för det utan man ska själv ta kontakt med en förmedling i Bangkok via mail. En butiksägare bredvid hjälpte oss till slut att hyra ett rum på ett questhouse bredvid. Kan säga att det lilla vi såg av Clearhouse så är inte bilderna riktigt som verkligheten.

Decent hotel at the price
We felt good staying at the hotel, and had great, friendly and helpful service from the manager. However the bed was extremely hard and the bathroom floor was rough stone which wasn't very comfortable.

Heartwarming smiles and service
Despite a clear language barrier between us, the gent working at the guesthouse was absolutely magnificent in assisting us with all of our needs. This included car rental, a booking at a restaurant and a late check-out. It was wonderful to see his super friendly face every morning. The bed was perfect, and the shower so big that you can literally dance in it :-)
