« This is a nice and quiet complex with many permanent owner occupants. The location is close to shops and stores. Charley Young beach was an easy walk down the street. « The unit is as advertised, with no exceptions, so no need to repeat that. Very nice. No problems. Host Joanne was great. This might be the nicest unit in the complex, being corner and ground floor, and the complex is also really nice. Great views, with one small caveat: there’s a hedge on the right side of the property that obstructs some of the view to the west. The pool came in prefect when the clouds and wind blew in which help especially with the kids. Hope to make this an annual stay for our family. Maybe even again this year for my 50th. "Great stay in this beautiful Hotel in Kihei . We were in the new Kai Tower: nice ,confortable and clean room with spacious bathroom . We had partial view of the ocean & the Mountains , wish we had the full ocean view but the hotel is across the street from the beach ( 5 min to Kamaole I ) where you can have the wonderful view of the sea & sunset . Many beaches nearby. Very nice pool area ( 2 pools ) with lots of lounges, chairs and umbrellas . Staff are friendly and helpfull. "
