proche du centre
Idéal pour partir visiter les iles. Notre chambre était un petit appartement. Doté d'une kitchenette, d'un salon, d'une salle de bain, les équipements étaient complets avec lave linge et sèche linge en plus des équipements complets de la cuisine. Belle terrasse donnant sur une jolie piscine. Attention le ménager est fait à notre arrivée puis il n'est pas refait durant tout le séjour. Les serviettes de toilettes ne sont pas changées

Hôtel très bon rapport qualité.
Le cadre de l'hôtel est verdoyant, le jardin et la piscine sont sympa. L'appartement est confortable et pratique avec terrasse. Seul bémol, il n y a pas de petit déjeuner.

The best above all the other self-contained apartments that stayed in all my life in Australia and New Zealand. I will definitely stay there if I travel that way to the Whitsundays again in future.

I think Mango House would have been good ten years ago. The rooms need upgrading as does the pool. The rooms are spacious enough (we had a one bedroom apartment). There was three of us, husband, wife and teenage daughter. We booked a one bedroom apartment with queen bed and double sofa bed. There was no sofa bed. It was a built in sofa that could apparently be slept in. Like two small single size I guess? Definitely not what you would expect when booking a double sofa bed…something that pulls out to make a double bed. There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher. On check in it was mentioned that a cleaner had quit that morning so probably done in a hurry. The good…separate toilet to bathroom (although not sure why exhaust fan was in toilet and not bathroom) and washer/dryer. Kitchen had everything you need. And good quality toilet paper! We bring our own but didn’t have to use it! 😂 Both times we went to the office (to get pool towels and check out) we were going to ask about sofa bed but both times the lady was on speaker phone to family it seemed and didn’t seem to want to hang up and serve customers. We were a bit disappointed but we booked late and this was what was available and it was good value compared to other places. With some improvements it could be a lovely place.

I would very much like to reply to this review. We have never at any stage in 25 years had ovens in our rooms and we do not advertise it on our web site. We do not have baths and we do not claim to be near the beach We have dishwashers in our one bedroom apartments but not in the studios which you booked. If you got this information from an Expedia web site it is they who need to rectify their advertising. The BBQ and grounds are cleaned and cleared every morning and if guests use the BBQ for breakfast or lunch then they should tidy up after themselves. If there was a problem with the cutlery or crockery then I would have been happy to replace it but this comment was the first I knew of it. We do not advertise netflix or smart TV's as these units are individually owned. The stovetops are only in the 1 bedroom apartments. I did offer to help by cooking this ladies rice but she also mentioned she was happy not to be staying in Airlie too long. I did try and sort out the problem for her with expedia as it was their advertising that is wrong.

Stayed in a 2broom apartment with my family of four in December 2023. Very good apartments for families because it has everything that a family needs while in Whitsunday/Airlie Beach/Jubilee Pocket. Pam was very friendly providing customer service to us/her customers. Thank you Mango Tree Motel

The units were spacious unlike the tiny room in the luxury hotel we were booked into in Airlie Beach. We absolutely enjoyed the lovely owner/manager, the beautiful gardens and the lovely large pool. Airlie beach was a short bus trip away and the buses came every 20 minutes or so. There was also a tavern across the road that could cook real blue steaks.

Sorry for all the leaves around the carport. We are in the tropics so our leaves drop in spring and there are a lot of trees around Mango House. If you would have let me know I could have swept them away again. Also it has been very windy.

The Mamager was rude and unhelpful, the beds we’re on hard wood and very uncomfortable. When asking if she could move us to another room she was very rude and not happy to assist. Would never stay there again

I don't remember you asking about the beds. Sorry if I appeared rude, it was not my intention. As the MANAGER I should have been more understanding. All our beds are on timber bases but we have recently had new mattresses placed in all the rooms. Yours is the first complaint. Sorry about your unhappy experience.

Hi Justyna, I remember when you came in you weren't very happy. You booked a studio room but wanted a one bedroom unit with a view. Our web site explains we are not near the ocean for a view. With your unhappy disposition I was reluctant to upgrade you.

Thanks for the free upgrade Very comfortable, roomy apartment with washing machine and dryer, disqasher in kitchen, very quiet and loved tje pool area, all staff extremely helpful. If we are ever this way again we will definitely be staying at mango house.

The receptionist was very friendly and bubbly and very easy to talk too and helpful. The Cleanliness was okey. Unfortunately there was some amenities that was missed cleaning. Microwave was dirty, the toilet wasn't swept properly. The dryer filter was full of dust. The rest of the place was really nice and kept clean.

Hi Edralyn, Firstly it was lovely to meet you and your friends. What a lovely group of people. I am so sorry for the problems. Although it is no excuse we have trouble finding cleaners to work. There is a problem for people trying to find somewhere to live and so we battle to get people to come here to work. I sincerely apologise and I will make a point talk to the cleaners. Cleaning and linen are the most important part of our business and I hope you will forgive me as I am in charge and it is my responsibility. hope you all had a good time in Airlie Beach and I promise to work on those areas. Compact but lovely apartment which was great for our stay. Bus stop just outside the hotel goes straight into Airlie beach. Lovely pool area. The hotel manager was very friendly and helpful - would recommend.

One of the friendliest stays.
This was one of the friendliest stays I have had in a long time, Service was over and above. I do get to stay at a lot of property's due to my work. The renovations where starting as I was leaving so they condition is going to be different to what I got to stay in. It was a nice walk into the main street the good thing is it was very quite. my unit was right near the pool so great outlook when sitting in your own outdoor area. The help and service was amazing. I would stay here again for sure. Thank you :-)

Location was good, only few minutes from Airlie Beach, bus stop outside, pub opposite with good food. Reception staff called us as we were delayed arriving and very friendly. Our room was on the main road side and was very noisy from traffic. Beds comfy and clean but kitchenette cupboards and drawers smelled really musty.

Apartment was spacious & had everything you need but needs updating. Pool & spa are not heated so not warm if the weather is a bit colder. Garden area is nice, very tropical. Staff very friendly & welcoming. Decent walk into Airlie. Didn’t worry us as we had a car but if you didn’t you would need to be prepared to walk or catch the bus. Having said that the bus would be easy as the stop is right near the place. The hotel across the road offers meals & seemed popular.

Firstly I don't like replying to guests who wish to sign their review "anonymous. Secondly I gather the guest who booked through a third booking agent, didn't read the description as our studios are mostly on the street side. Hopefully next time if you are not happy you may wish to upgrade or ask the receptionist if there are other alternatives. Please sign your reviews/
