Châteaux à Jolly Harbour

« Very in need of upgrades, even if just cosmetic: the exterior is beat up (leaking pipes, opened electricity panels on grounds, some outside showers in need of repair near pools, pools need to be maintened (patches) uneven pathways need to be repaved, rooms in need of a fresh up: change patio doors and furniture, repair screens for windows. Hardworking personel...a bit tired but smily. Thank you for offering some of the local food...refreshing. Local artists for entertainement is a nice touch... »

« Spacious, clean rooms and friendly staff. Great location, close to the beach and amenities. »

« The room was exceptionally clean. Rest of the property appeared old and run down. No concierge greeted me. I got let in by a cleaning guy who did not speak. Upon checking out same thing. There was no one to take my key, It was via phone call from the person renting a hair salon. I was told to leave the key on the counter. That place was definitely not worth what Expedia charged me for it! »

« The Villa was exactly as described in the Vrbo listing. The location was perfect, the Villa catered for every need and was equipped with everything you could want and then some, including access to reliable wifi, a firestick for streaming. The host also provided beach equipment, board games and a nice litle welcome pack with water and snacks, laundry items, bathroom products etc. Very proximite to bars and restaurants and the beach. The Villa was immaculate and communication with the host was...

« I am absolutely DISGUSTED and FURIOUS with my experience at this resort! $350 was stolen directly out of my bag while housekeeping had access to my room! This is completely unacceptable and honestly traumatizing. I came to this resort expecting a relaxing vacation, not to have my personal belongings violated and my money stolen! To make matters worse, the resort PROMISED me a refund, and I have WRITTEN DOCUMENTATION proving it! It has now been TWO MONTHS, and I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED A SINGLE...

« Good place »

« We had a strange incident and the host was fantastic in addressing it immediately and thoroughly. Great location about three minutes to the marina where we were prepping our boat to be hauled out, and 28 minutes to the airport. Spotless apartment. Highly recommend »

« It was a beautiful place what made it a lot better was the Host very professional and knowledgeable I appreciate it »
