Châteaux à Johnson's Point

« Perfect stay, the room was amazing, stepped straight out onto the beach and fabulous sunsets. Bar had anything you wanted and staff were extremely helpful. Restaurant served wonderful food, for breakfast and lunch, shame it didn’t open in the evening. »

« Very in need of upgrades, even if just cosmetic: the exterior is beat up (leaking pipes, opened electricity panels on grounds, some outside showers in need of repair near pools, pools need to be maintened (patches) uneven pathways need to be repaved, rooms in need of a fresh up: change patio doors and furniture, repair screens for windows. Hardworking personel...a bit tired but smily. Thank you for offering some of the local food...refreshing. Local artists for entertainement is a nice touch... »

« We had a strange incident and the host was fantastic in addressing it immediately and thoroughly. Great location about three minutes to the marina where we were prepping our boat to be hauled out, and 28 minutes to the airport. Spotless apartment. Highly recommend »

« The room was exceptionally clean. Rest of the property appeared old and run down. No concierge greeted me. I got let in by a cleaning guy who did not speak. Upon checking out same thing. There was no one to take my key, It was via phone call from the person renting a hair salon. I was told to leave the key on the counter. That place was definitely not worth what Expedia charged me for it! »

« I am absolutely DISGUSTED and FURIOUS with my experience at this resort! $350 was stolen directly out of my bag while housekeeping had access to my room! This is completely unacceptable and honestly traumatizing. I came to this resort expecting a relaxing vacation, not to have my personal belongings violated and my money stolen! To make matters worse, the resort PROMISED me a refund, and I have WRITTEN DOCUMENTATION proving it! It has now been TWO MONTHS, and I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED A SINGLE...

« Good place »

« Zeus is a very likable guy and interesting to talk to. He was always willing to take me to St. John for dinner. The "penthouse" was comfortable with everything I needed as a solo traveler. The house sits on a hillside overlooking the neighborhoods below, but not what I would consider a scenic view. Various sounds came from below, including barking dogs, reggae music, and traffic. Most of the windows had screens which kept bugs out of the rooms. This property is about 10 minutes out of downtown...

« Spacious, clean rooms and friendly staff. Great location, close to the beach and amenities. »
