« Stayed for 6 days, hotel did not want to provide towels. They book me 3rs floor said if I wanted towels I’d have to bring my own dirty towels & their elevator didn’t work half days I was there - then can ONLY get 2 clean towels. Clean towels had bunch dirty hairs was gross. Never again especially for that price »

« Everything was truly excellent! The check in staff was cheerful and courteous. The property was beautifully manicured and clean. Our room was spotless. The beds and pillows (4 per bed!) were very comfortable. We were on the first floor. I was a little worried about that. « We got a suite and it was beautiful. We didn't know the fridge was gonna be a full size that was a nice surprise. And the kitchen sinks bigger then mine. Plenty of room for the 5 of us (nephews staying for the summer). Only con was the bathroom has a barn door style and we would of liked a little more privacy. But the room divider curtain was a nice touch. »

« The staff were great and friendly. The room we had was horrible. There needs to be more upgrades and at least more cleaning in the rooms. My bathroom had wallpaper peeling off and rust and mildew in the bathroom. The carpet was wet. The ceiling had a water patch (if that’s the way you say it). »

« There was some issues they put us on the 3rd floor my sister is in her 60s. I'm in my late 50s. In the elevator was out, so we had a walk up and down with our luggage.And if we wanted to go anywheres we had to walk up-and-down them stairs. The shower had a trickle. So you could not take a shower, you had to take a bath and when we check the end, they took a $50 deposit. Keep in mind. « Breakfast are bare minimum! 1st morning: no milk for cereals, only one yogurt left and the lady in charge is outside talking on her phone. 2nd morning no regular coffee for 15 minutes, yogurt still not available. No bagel at all. »
