Rooms are cleanish, funny smell everywhere , needs updating in hallways on floor 5. Pictures online look amazing. In person not so much. More like you are staying in a museum or your clean mamaws house.
Super quiet. Nice hotel with restaurant. Staff is sometimes hard to find as they leave the desk. Parking was the only thing I didnât like, but they do have parking available across the street in the back, but there is a homeless population in the area. If youâre alone and itâs late at night, it feels pretty desolate.
The lobby is absolutely beautiful with tons of classic charm, the hallways felt a little bit dirty and less kept up. The room was fine and basically as advertised the area was very sleepy and there wasnât much open on walking distance at around 7pm.
The lobby is beautiful. Brunch at restaurant was great. The Mirror room bar was fun, although short staffed. The rooms/hallways are in dire need of an update. It was clean, just old with some rust, etc around door in bathroom. Also there is no valet or bellman, which i normally donât use but with my elderly mom who uses a walker, would have. There are a lot of steps at the front entrance so the place where i unloaded her & luggage (bottom level near restaurant) was a gross & scary area. It was old, deserted, with no signage where to go to check in. Seemed like a great place for homeless to be lurking or hanging out. They really should have a bellman there to escort you & let u know youâre in the right place.
Such a beautiful hotel. Rooms were very roomy. Very easy to get to the Riverfront Center.
Staff was very nice and helpful. Will stay again in the furture.
