The obvious unhelpful attitude and availability of the night team team are wholly unacceptable and have been addressed. I will also be taking the entire management team through a discussion on customer focused behaviours which were obviously absent. I have also addressed the housekeeping issues with the Executive Housekeeper and team. The above will be cold comfort to you and for this I would humbly ask that you please accept my sincere apologies on this complete lack of customer centricity.
You further comments on the lack of an apology fall squarely on my lap and I apologize most profusely for this. I will apply my mind to this and ensure we make the necessary changes.
