« Hotel and room is clean and spacious. It was very busy with the music festive across the street, paid for an upgrade to get my room earlier than normal check in time. Alice from the front desk was very helpful. »

« Great location and clean property! We loved being able to walk right into Wuzhen town for sightseeing. The staff was super friendly and helped carry our heavy luggage upstairs, which we really appreciated. My kids had a blast here. The only downsides were bathroom drain issue that leaked slightly, but room service came to fix it promptly after we called. Overall, everything was great and I highly recommend it! »
