I love this hotel! Comfortable, clean, quiet, 2 restaurants on site & more nearby along with mini-marts, bus stop, barbers & more, walkable to beach and park & awesome staff make this place shine. Great value for extended stays!

All restaurants are overloaded or closed for some events. Very difficult to catch moment and find place to eat. I was forced to order food from restaurants located near the hotel.

The driver James (as he wanted me to call him, I guess to make it easier on me) was great as was the rest of the staff. What I thought was a Hot tub was not really a hot tub, no heating element. Place does need a little fixing up but nothing really horrible that I noticed. The staff really made it so that I will come back if in the area.

The staff are friendly. Quiet place. The flight was delayed for half an hour and the staff who picked us up is very patient. The vehicle was clean too. When we checked in the staff is very considerate with our request.

Basic 3 star property, neither exceptional nor disappointing. Buffet breakfast is small & 5 of 6 main dishes were the same every day for 2 weeks. Be prepared for all dishes normally expected to be hot to be room temperature here. The vast majority of the guests don’t appear to know how to lower the covers on the heated serving dishes defeating the purpose of the burning alcohol cans placed under each. Housekeeping was somewhat hit or miss, as well.

Nice hotel with great hospitality
Hotel looks reasonably good from the outside. Hotel room is clean. Hotel staff is friendly and goes all out to offer good service. Only drawback is maintenance service stops after 11pm. Had a choke in the bathroom sink close to 11pm, called for maintenance and was told plumber had gone home. After insisting, 20 minutes later, someone turned up with a plunger to fix the choke. Truly appreciate the effort. Breakfast variety is average but food was fantastic. Head chef made effort to be present and mingle with diners. When i first booked this hotel, hotel.com indicated that this property has no front desk and customer had to call up before arriving. Looks like this info is outdated because they have a front desk with wonderful staffs.

スタッフがとてもやさしかったです。両替で困っていたら，車で両替所まで送ってくれました。近くにコンビニのような小さなお店があり重宝しました。市街地からは遠いので、移動手段がある人には良いホテルだと思います。

A quaint hotel...away from the hustle of the city...close to Jerudong Park. Big and spacious room with all working amenities; very clean. Comfortable; good view from higher floors. The complementary airport return transfer is excellent and very helpful. Front office/reception is polite and professional.A popular venue for weddings and does get very busy. Overall - 5 stars for me.

Near to Jerudong Park
Park view hotel is near to tHe Jerudong Park.. if you can walk maybe just 15 minute to reach Jerudong Park. Check first the Jerudong Park operation hours to avoid disappointed. The hotel provide free airport shuttle & city shuttle ( selected area only) . Let say if you want to go to the Mall st Gadong , they charge you $40. It’s a bit pricey for. Not so friendly driver and receptionist.

Nice hotel in the classic style
Check in was a breeze with someone there to open the door and take the luggage to the room. The room was spacious, the beds comfortable. The only downside was that they were a bit mean with the tea and coffee facilities. The hotel is on the edge of the city and so not near the sites that most people would want to see. Fortunately we had someone to ferry us around.

Bad Choice
Breakfast was appalling. Dishes had raised Lids thus encouraging everything to get COLD in minutes. Staff seemed totally miserable. Location is out in the Boon Docks with NOTHING to make up for disappointment in Hotel. Miles from anywhere. Bad decision to stay there. Lack of knowledge of area. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone unless 70+ years of age ++++. John

The stay was very lonely as the Hotel is very big but not many guests staying in the Hotel. Feels a bit uneasy staying.
