We had a great stay. The interior of the property was clean and bright, providing a welcoming atmosphere upon arrival. All the necessary amenities were available, making our stay comfortable and convenient. The attention to detail in maintaining the interior was evident and much appreciated. However, setting up the TVs proved to be challenging, as it took considerable effort to get them to the correct settings.During our stay, we experienced significant rainfall. While April typically sees around one inch of rain, we encountered three to four inches within just two days. The excessive water had a noticeable impact on the septic system, which struggled to perform at its usual capacity under these conditions.The exterior of the property was less impressive and in need of attention. The privacy fence was in a state of complete disrepair, detracting from the sense of privacy at the rear of house. Additionally, the back deck table and chairs were unusable due to the absence of cushions, making outdoor seating uncomfortable.Mold was visible across the exterior surfaces of the house in the rear deck area. This raised concerns about upkeep. The rear area itself needed cleanup and repairs, making it difficult to relax and enjoy the outdoor space in its current condition.All in all, would defiantly stay again… Great communication with host, great location for us!
