« We spent one month at this facility in february 2025. Contrarily to the advertising on Vrbo you don’t have access to all the house. There is a room on the back that is rented on short term basis. Guests arrive late in the evening and leave very early in the night. The acoustic insulation is inadequate and you hear everything from this room so you have absolutely no privacy.Everything is basic in the facility: furnitures, cooking ware, dishes etc… The pictures on tne Vrbo site look better than...

« Good location for my one night stay NYE for a show at Terra Fermata. Only negatives are a few small cleaning issues. Place smelled of cigarettes, random food items in fridge, and hot tub had lots of sand in it visible by just opening the lid. The shower also has a rain head mounted on the wall so the water just trickles down the face of the shower head and the bath towels are closer to shop rags. »

« Do NOT stay here. I stayed for 8 nights. I was told I'd have the whole house & privacy. I was told there was 1 locked STORAGE room. 1st of all, I killed & took pics of 17 roaches, I didn't get pics of the first few because I didn't realize it would be a problem.
