« Did not like that a staff lady relentlessly knocked on our door before 7 am to bring a snack that we had already been told would be available in the lobby if we were interested. The beds were hard and we were told it was Queen size…if so it’s the smallest queen we ever slept on. Our stay was ok or good just not excellent. »

« I had to call the desk 3 times between 10:30 & 1:30 because there were teenagers directly across the hall. They were going in & out, laughing & having pizza in the hall. I asked them 3 times to please be quiet. The night manager called them for me as well. I had to get up at 5 am so it was a short sleep night. The staff was very helpful »

« The front desk attendant upon arrival was the most friendly of any I've encountered before. He was very efficient and seemed happy to help. The bed in our room was comfortable and the room was updated with new decor and paint, which covered some old blemishes. The only negative was the room tidiness. « Very noisy bed in the room with the view of the lake. Very dirty furniture on the porch, dirty bedroom window, dirty faucets. Every lamp was unplugged so I plugged them in and one didn't have a good bulb in it, and we needed a fan but didn't find it in the other rooms closet until we were checking out. Because of the noisy bed we didn't stay the 2nd night, we went into Huntsville and got a room. 3rd night we tried the cabin again and I was up and down all night with an upset stomach and ran out...
