Upon arrival, we were informed that our reservations had been canceled because we hadn’t shown up the night before—without any refund. It was extremely frustrating, and after a long day of travel and work, we had to frantically search for another room at 10:00 p.m. »

« This property needs to be updated. A lot of things need repaired and they are not necessarily big projects. Updates should be new carpets. Bath tubs need hand rails and non skid mats to keep people from falling. More items to eat at breakfast and not the same thing everyday' Different types of meats. Bring back hard boiled eggs and other items that have been removed. »

« The room had a “wet dog” odor, and we got in very late and were not going to go through the trouble of changing rooms. In the morning, they were vacuuming in the hallway at 8 am, which was too early. »

« Inexpensive room conveniently located near highway and many food & gas options. Suitable parking & adjacent large grass areas for dogs but aging facility with various loose and worn fitting doors and door stops, shower rods, towel racks. Without carpeted floors and worn out room entry rugs, slick hazard exists entering room especially on rainy day. »
