« La chambre était prête tôt. Toute neuve et spacieuse avec 2 lits, située au 18e étage avec une superbe vue. L'hôtel est idéalement situé en plein coeur du quartier Little Italy qui a beaucoup de terrasses, restaurants, cafés et un marché public 2 fois par semaine. Le marché est situé juste à côté de l'hôtel. Le trolley est a quelques coins de rue et à 10 minutes de marche, nous sommes à côté de l'océan. Je retournerais volontiers à cet hôtel. »

« This lovely little studio apartment is located in a great neighbour of restaurants within a 30 minute walk of Little Italy, the Gaslamp District and the Zoo. The host was excellent at check-in and kept in contact to ensure our comfort. There is a refrigerator, microwave and some dishes for the convenience and savings of dining in the room. Do bring earplugs as there is some street noise and the airplanes fly over on a regular basis. »

« Clean room. Receptionist are very nice. 15 minutes walking from the convention centre and the marina. Many restaurants in the area. Elevator and reception need a renovation, arriving to the floor, a strong smell of mold but no bad smell in the room. »

« The hotel is absolutely beautiful, the design is carefully curated and every detail has been thought of. The rooms are very pretty and at first glance everything was perfect, but we stayed for 3 nights in wich nobody came to clean the room, make the bed or bring clean towels (housekeeping in general was non existent) we did call the lobby many time to request it and were ignored. It’s a new hotel targeted for young people clearly, and I think they sacrificed basic hotel amenities for the design...

« Rien à redire, très bien placé. Un peignoir dans la chambre serait un plus si l’on veut se rendre à la piscine surtout qu’il n’y a ni vestiaire ni douche. »
