« Wonderful stay for a traveling couple firat time to SC. Host communication was great, very timely responses. A list of Information from the host about nearby restaurants and where to go was helpful for navigating around Charleston for our short stay. The neighborhood is safe, with families & single persons out bicyling/walking in the area to see the sunsets at 2 park locations within walking distance. Being a coffee drinker, my favorite creamer was in the fridge! Additional welcoming touches...

« Quaint, cozy, just right for an overnight stay. We were first time visitors to Charleston and we wanted something small and close to downtown. This place fit the bill! Super easy to get to, ultra quiet neighborhood. Checked ourselves in promptly at 4:00 pm per instructions and rested from all day walking. For a no worry night out, we had a ride-share from here to La Farfalle and back - just a fifteen minute ride for reservations at 5:30pm then back to the property by about 7:45pm. Host...

« The house is a great size. super clean, and well kept. Beds are VERY comfortable, and there is a white noise/sound nachine in every bedroom that was wonderful!The showers are great and the owner provided Qtips and dental floss picks and my all time favorite, more than one roll of 2 ply toilet paper!Beach towels, chairs and beach toys were provided and perfect for what we needed.Kitchen was well equipped and loved the big dining table.The hot tub is nice and the yard is well maintained and...

« Our overall feel of the property was that it was clean and private. We stayed with our two kids so four of us total and we were comfortable. There was a metal frame and foam mattress folded up in the closet which easily fit in front of the king sized bed with walking room around it to the other side of the bed. « Stayed here to visit my son who recently moved to Charleston. The space was perfect and within driving distance of many points of interest. It had everything you could ask for. The bed was so.....comfy and the shower was wonderful. The property was very clean. The beach chairs were a nice feature. We will be back . »

« Great location between downtown Charleston and Folly beach. The house had everything we needed and the views of the sunset were perfect. The master had privacy on the third floor and two other bedrooms were on the second floor, with the living room, dining room and kitchen. I hope to come back again. Thank you for the memories! »

Check out was easy and location was close to the beach and the Charleston. The perfect spot for larger groups with space for group activities as well as alone time! »

"I totally love this hotel. Check-in was terrific with such a nice receptionist! The room was big, very clean, great bed and great view! A small balcony but window is definitely close for security. A free shuttle every hour drop you and pick close to the market (very central) and an amazing breakfast with an incredible view! Excellent value! I recommend at 300%!"
