« Quiet area but still super fast to get downtown, super clean and cozy. We had 5 people that easily spaced out amongst the 3 bedrooms. Jessica was wonderful with instructions and communication! Highly recommend. »

« We loved it here! It was so cozy and truly felt like we were at home. The AC works great, and space was very clean. The host was very communicative and helpful especially if we needed anything. At first we were skeptical of the size (yes we know we rented a tiny home) but it was plenty of space and really great!!! Will definitely look to stay here again. Also in a great, safe neighborhood! »

« Teresa has created a neat little space that's well decorated and very clean. I liked the little semi secluded patio area that was cool to hang out in full shade. The location was just 17 minutes from Folly Beach with plenty of restaurants nearby as well. »

« We loved the place, quiet neighbourhood, close to the facilities, close to the beach, Charleston and many activities. Comfy beds and everything we need to cook. »

« Great spot. 15 mins to the beach and king street as long as there isn’t traffic. The furniture in the non bedrooms is a little fragile but just don’t knock it over and it’ll be fine. Outdoor area is great. »

« We had a wonderful weekend! Enjoyed getting out on the water and it was great to have a place to tie up our own tandem kayak! The Gazebo provided the perfect space for starting the day with beautiful sunrises and engaging wildlife! »

« We rented this house for a girls weekend, it was the perfect amount of space for three of us. The house is very modern, styled well and clean. We enjoyed coffee on the screened in porch, games at the table and chats in the living room. The A/C worked well which is very important for Charleston weather. The location is close to grocery stores and restaurants with a short drive downtown or to the beach. Our hosts were very prompt with communication which made the experience even better. Would...

« Our stay was wonderful, check-in was easy, all amenities as described. We arrived early am and were granted early access as the property was open the day before with zero fees unlike other properties. Distance to Folly, Downtown Charleston, & Mt. P. was perfect. Highly recommend and hope to return soon!! »

"Bâtisse historique bien située. On à trouvé le rapport qualité prix moyen et le petit déjeuner était très décevant. Le personnel était très gentil et courtois. "

Prestations pas au niveau du prix

"La chambre était vraiment petite pour 4 personnes. En particulier la salle de bain. L'ensemble manque aussi cruellement de modernité. Nous avons payé plus cher pour une vue sur le fleuve mais, c'était décevant, car on ne voyait quasiment rien. Nous étions 4 mais n'avons eu que 3 sets de serviettes tout le long du séjour, malgré que nous ayons signalé l'erreur à l'accueil. Il est indiqué sur Hôtels.com qu'il y a une laverie dans l'hôtel mais c'est faux. Bref, le rapport qualité prix n'est pas au rendez-vous. Le point positif est la localisation de l'hôtel en centre ville."
