PAY WAY TOO MUCH TO SURELY NOT SLEEP AT ALL

Hi,
Thank you for staying with us, I will explained what is your problem here.
1. On our system you are checking in past midnight.. Your smartphone is connect to our WI-FI Internet with speed up to 20Mbps. The only problem when you check in is only your Laptop windows cant connect to Internet. We have explained that most possibilities is the setting on your laptop, and its true we setting up manual your laptop its working. When you asking why customer laptop is not connected to Internet, I have already says that I must check your laptop setting and also your antivirus - firewall that may trigger that.
Case for your laptop connection is resolved. Unfortunately on Saturday 17 Sept 2016 Internet issue was coming again between 2.30 pm to 4.30pm (2 hours) but this time the problem was coming from Internet Service Provider (ISP). We have already explained about this problem but customer didnt want to hear our explanation insist customer as ROUTER password (not wifi password). Sorry we can not give customer router password because its our central network not only for customer WiFi and its general rules every hotel in the world will not give ROUTER password.
When I explain customer always say NO NEED to say anything because Im lle. Make sure you know the different between Wi-Fi password and router password.
All internet is back online around 4.30 PM (after offline 2 hours). but unfortunately you have early check out.
2. Our room is clean and all on our AC is working properly, this customer never complain about our cleanness and AC while he staying with us.
3. Customer decide to early check out on Saturday 17th, September 2016 att 4.25pm. Before check out he say " I can review anything I want including false review so you property will loss money" and I say yes customer can review anything because its customer rights to say anything.
Our message to him : Please be a gentle customer, open your ear and hear explanation . If you a real customer with good personality, do not hide your name and review base on truth.
Kantos Guest house is committed to give service to customer with very low price. High speed wifi every room is available including Room with AC and private bath room
