It is a new quiet apartment on the ground floor of an 8 store building situated about 50 m from a supermarket which is part of an open-air mall (Lotus Retail) in Oradea. Upper floors or access from the underground garage is via elevator.
It has 1 bedroom and 1 living room with an extendable table, a comfortable couch and 2 pretty armchairs as well as a kitchen with new appliances (stove, oven, microwave-oven, coffee machine). Indoor smoking is not allowed, but the balcony with a table and two chairs can be used to have a cup of tea or coffee and smoke a cigarette, facing a quiet road used by owners of the block's apartments. If you arrive by car, it can be safely parked in the underground closed garage.
The bathroom has a washing machine, bathtub and shower. The living has an extendable couch and a flat screen TV while the bedroom has two 1-person beds and also a TV on the wall. The whole property has wi-fi internet access; the TV offers access to cable TV and Netflix.
Oradea is a pretty city with beautiful Art-Nouveau buildings, friendly people, and is considered one of the safest cities in Romania during the Covid-19 pandemic. About 2 km away there is a large Aquapark (Nymphea) with different sized outdoor pools, although due to the pandemic it may not be such a good idea to spend much time at the pool. Adjacent to the city of Oradea there is a renowned spa location with thermal water - Baile Felix.
The county has also mountains and caves which can be visited even by less trained persons, like the Bear's cave (Pestera Ursilor) situated at about 80 km from Oradea
