Nous n’avons point dormi de la nuit à cause du bruit des voisins La chambre est pauvrement meublée, les draps n’étaient pas propres et il n’y avait pas de tapis au parterre

Hotel correct près de l'aéroport
L'hotel est tout à fait correct. Nous avons du changer de chambre à notre arrivée car il n'y avait pas d'eau dans la sale de bain. La climatisation était très bruyante. Pour le reste, la chambre était OK, suffisamment propre et le personnel sympathique. Petit déjeuner classique.

It was mostly clean. You can tell its an older hotel. But the water pressure in the shower was terrible and the drain in the shower was super super slow. The unannounced $100 deposit was inconvenient. And the drive to get in and out when you dont know the area is a pain. I know thats not the hotels fault but an atm in the lobby so you dont have to fight your way to one after a long drive would be great.

The property and the staff is a joke .. half the staff live on the property, the manager Claudia is by far the worst manager I’ve ever encountered, she called my family liars and stated her staff would never lie . I was charged 10 extra for a room with a microwave only to find all rooms had them , the pictures in the website are outdated , the room was not clean , rugged floor sticky . Hot breakfast was gone by 8:15 and staff said i can just come early tomorrow for hot breakfast but there was cold breakfast which consisted of milk and white bread only . Victor was present when i was leaving however lied to manager about my families behavior and then back peddled when confronted .. Claudia spoke with attitude and crossed hands the whole time i explained my issues .. my room had to be changed 3 times due to the issues . The halls had a funny smell on the first floor . i canceled my 4 days reservation after just one night because of the staff and Claudia .

First thing they wanted was a $100 dollar deposit to insure we did not steal anything. The front desk was littered with warnings about towel abuse, what a welcome! Breakfast was an after thought, desiccated eggs and tater tots, yum! No elevator; not enough towels in the room; poor water pressure; no working ice machines, the list goes on. Why did we stay there? Wife made a reservation, pictures online make the place look like a great place, reality was quite different.

I reserved a room with 2 queens but was given two doubles. When asked about it, the receptionist stated they didn't have any more available and couldn't "invent" another one and I could go find another place. When I called him out on his attitude, he changed his tune and blamed it on his language barrier. Overall, the room itself was decent and the receptionist and staff were nice after the initial mix up. Regardless, I won't stay here again.

There wasn't any hot water and this was not told to me before paying or after. The front desk said yes water has been out. We can give $15. Nope not this momma on Mother's Day at that.

Very bad.. Checked in got to room and went back to front to get my money back.. Moldy smell as soon as I walked in the room. Wires hanging in the hallways, dirty nasty place.. Felt very unsafe. Drunk lady with her plants sitting on curb outside of her room she was definitely on something other than alcohol.. Do not recommend.. pictures are definitely very old or photoshopped to make look better…

Read a sign at check in to beware of human traffickers. No sign. I couldn’t locate them. Just dirty and dingy.

The Hotel itself is very nice, especially the entrance area and the outdoor pool area. The rooms are totally fine for the price! For me it seemed clean. BUT when we went to the Breakfast room in the morning, there were a few weird people that we found out lived there because it’s a home for homeless people too I guess. Which made me feel unsafe. When we arrived at the hotel there was police and everything, so something must have happened that night.

I arrived at the property to find it roped off by police tape with an individual under arrest. I could not enter the property. I called several times and could not reach an employee. Eventually I got a hold of someone who said that I could cancel my reservation without penalty. I booked a nearby hotel that I could enter and the Windsor charged me anyway. Trying to get a hold of the front desk to request a refund proved fruitless. Also, they have no airport shuttle service.

This place looks rough, the room was in rough shape. The front desk was asking for a cash deposit, first time I've ever been asked for a cash deposit at a hotel.

The young lady at the front desk was kind and courteous. She did give us the wrong time for breakfast telling us 7-10. At 8:30 breakfast was over. Customers were asking for breakfast and they put a sign up that said breakfast ended at 8:30. There was no food put out at all and everyone was turned away without apologies. So no breakfast for us which was supposed to be included. The downstairs lobby of the hotel was very pretty and the dining area looked very nice. There was a long winding staircase to get to the second floor. There is no elevator and no ground floor rooms were available. My husband and I struggled getting our suitcases up the stairs. The light was on when we entered the room and the one sitting chair was wedged under the door that connects the room to the one next door. The bed looked clean but there was an empty water bottle on the floor and the floor was sticky under my shoes. The wallpaper was peeling as well. We slept with the light on and didn’t feel very safe or secure, not the best sleep at all. This could be a nice hotel if it was invested in but I would not stay here again as it is now, nor would I recommend this hotel to anyone else at this time.

The on duty manager checked our room and told the person to change it to a different room. The room we stayed in was very clean and nice. We enjoyed the breakfast as well. Yes i would stay there again if there was a manager to check the room!

It had nice open areas and the staff were very courteous. The room was clean, but the breakfast was pretty low on cleanliness. The plastic forks were not in individual plastic sheeths, the coffee was old, the other guests had their hands in the food and took the bottle of syrup to their own table and no staff stopped them. The sausages did not have a serving utensil so people just used their fingers.

Besides hearing the room next doors tv ALL night long and feeling like I was watching the show with them, I must say they had nice wash clothes, but that’s about it. The lady at the front desk was very rude when we asked for two extra towels because our room was only provided with ONE. While the shower is running make sure you cover the floor with towels because it not only leaked into the bathroom, but also the main room. Overall, I do not recommend this place and will not stay again.

Just the overall appearance is lacking. There’s no signage saying Windsor so I almost drove past the hotel. It’s more like a extended stay than a hotel which draws in certain types.
