Sleeping arrangements
Up to 6 guests are accommodated across 3 bedrooms with 3 beds, arranged to support restful nights and relaxed mornings. Two full bathrooms - including a bathtub - offer added convenience for groups or families, with bathroom essentials provided to keep daily routines effortless.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen provides a complete setup for preparing meals at home, with everything needed for easy mornings or relaxed dinners in. A dining table nearby creates a natural place to gather, whether you’re starting your day with coffee or unwinding in the evening. A washer and dryer add practicality for longer stays.

Outdoor living
The enclosed sunroom extends your living space and transitions naturally toward a patio or balcony, offering multiple ways to enjoy fresh air and golf-course views. Even in early spring, the setting invites quiet mornings with a warm drink or reflective evenings as the coastal breeze moves through the community. The beach is just a short walk away, allowing for easy access to the shoreline year-round.

Free parking on premises - 2 spaces adds convenience, while home safety features including a smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit provide peace of mind. Guests also have access to a community pool within the neighborhood.

Located within the Sawgrass community of Ponte Vedra, this condo offers a balance of coastal access and a quiet residential setting. Dining and shopping are a short drive away, giving you flexibility to explore the area at your own pace before returning to a calm, comfortable retreat.

Please note: All properties located inside Sawgrass Golf & Country Club have access to the community pool and beach access point only. Amenities in Sawgrass are private.

-Sawgrass Country Club is a private members only club. Club Membership does not extend to guests at any property.
-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.

Guests will simply submit “household pet” information, request an accommodation for an assistance animal, or confirm they are not bringing a pet/animal.
