Starting Mid-March 2025, essential repairs will begin at this complex, including loud concrete and steel hammering. These repairs, mandated by Florida law following the 2024 milestone study, are crucial to maintaining the building's safety and integrity. The work will primarily impact the staircases and balconies. During balcony work, access to your unit's balcony may be temporarily restricted or blocked. Work will take place Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5:30 PM, with no work on weekends. Repairs will last about one year.
