Is the ocean calling your name? Answer that call from this fourth floor Amelia Surf and Racquet condo! Guests will find absolute perfection here with breathtaking oceanfront views from the living area, bedroom, and private covered balcony. Coastal colors and textures throughout the space invite visitors to relax and unwind.

The combination living dining area features a comfortable sofa, two swivel gliders, a flat screen Smart TV, and a dining table space for up to six. Sliding glass doors overlook the balcony with its two chairs and table- a lovely spot to start the day with a cup of coffee! The updated kitchen is open to the rest of the space and is anchored by a quartz topped peninsula. The laundry nook includes a full size washer and dryer and is tucked out of the way in the kitchen.

Beachy shades of coral and sand continue in the bedroom which is furnished with a king bed and a flat screen Smart TV. Sliding glass doors let in sunshine and provide another point of access to the balcony. The updated bathroom includes a tiled walk-in shower and sparkling white vanity.

Aside from its close proximity to the beach, Amelia Surf and Racquet has two fabulous pools, four Har-Tru surfaced tennis courts, and an outdoor grill/picnic area. Whether you're relaxing on the beach with the family, taking a refreshing swim in the pool, playing a match or two on the courts, or just enjoying the 4th floor view from the balcony, this condo is the place for you!

Ocean Front

We loved the unit--it had everything we needed including a nice balcony for sitting outside to watch the ocean and the surfers and paddle boarders. The living room had good furniture in great condition. The mattress was quite comfortable. There were 2 very nice large pools with lounge chairs. The walk to the beach was reasonable. There was plenty of parking and, since there were not many units on each floor, the walk from the elevator to the door was very short. The development was in a great location with little traffic and no outside noise. We would definitely stay there again. The management company for the unit was truly impressive--they checked with us several times to be sure everything was OK. They were even kind enough to communicate with the owner of the unit for us about a piece of furniture that we loved and hope to find for our home.

The complex was nestled in the tree lined street of Amelia Parkway. Once on site, the 7 story structure had a grand view of the Atlantic Ocean. Our condo was comfortable and easily accessible.

Super nice!

Our condo was everything I had expected. The view of the ocean from our unit was great. As far as the unit itself, I appreciated the furnishings and decor. The bed was super comfy and I’m used to a bed that inclines at home. I also enjoyed the property - the grounds and landscaping were well kept. The only thing to give it a perfect score would be that the living room windows needed washing. Other than that, A+

Beautiful place on the beach. Just so quiet and the beach was beautiful. Amelia city was super cute place to shop an d have dinner. I would come here again, loved the quietness of the island. The condo was very well equipped, they had everything we needed. The sunrises were amazing. Very nice place to come and relax.

Simply the best VRBO. Exactly as pictures show. Incredibly clean and well equipped. Loved opening porch doors to listen to ocean all night. Great location and so much to explore on Amelia Is. Steps to beach and Ritz Carlton. Go to the history museum, America Beach, and Cumberland Is. We were so comfortable we added two nights to our stay!
