The bedroom features a king-size bed, built-in storage, a wall-mounted TV, and direct access to the spacious oceanfront balcony. The bathroom includes dual sinks and a tiled walk-in shower.

Please note: This property is reserved for guests aged 25 and older. The shared laundry room is conveniently located just seven steps from the back foyer door. Since this unit is on the top floor, the laundry area is rarely busy. An ice machine is also located on the ground floor.
