This inviting oceanfront condo offers two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a sleeper sofa, a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living space, and private balcony on the second floor of Turtle Dunes on the grounds of the gated Amelia Island Plantation (AIP.)

A quick walk out to the shoreline, convenient pool and tennis access, and its secure resort community are all reasons this luxurious condo is the perfect location for a vacation on Amelia Island.

Tastefully decorated, 1825 Turtle Dunes also features many new furnishings throughout. As guests enter the unit, they will first encounter the gourmet kitchen on the left. It is fully stocked and equipped with anything you will need during your visit, with modern appliances and cooking aides, such as a blender. The dual coffeemaker has a standard brewing station with a full carafe and single serving instant coffee for pods.

The inviting dining and living areas lead out to the private oceanfront covered balcony, which has a table and chairs for outdoor dining. Ample seating and a flat screen TV in the living area are perfect after a day soaking in the sun.

The spacious primary suite offers beautiful ocean views and is outfitted with a king bed and has an attached private bathroom with a shower/bathtub combo. The second bedroom also has a king-sized bed and a private, adjoining bathroom with a shower/bathtub combo. If needed, the living room's sleeper sofa can accommodate another adult or two small children. This condo has the perfect layout for one or two couples, or a family with children.

Enjoy the many biking and walking trails in close proximity and the picturesque natural surroundings of the Amelia Island Plantation (AIP.) In total, the gated AIP community is 1,340 acres and includes maritime forests, tidal salt marshes and sandy beaches. Dining, shopping, and spa services are offered at the Omni Amelia Island Resort, located within the AIP. Our guests at Turtle Dunes have access to the private complex tennis and pickleball courts.

A quick 20-minute drive north on the island will take guests to the Fernandina Beach Historic District, where they will find a variety of boutiques, art galleries, and restaurants. In addition, major points of interest like Fort Clinch, Talbot Island State Parks, the Amelia Island Lighthouse, and Egans's Creek Greenway offer countless sights and trails for exploring. For golfers, there are multiple courses nearby, including Oak Marsh on the resort.

Nearby, our Destination Amelia team also manages units 1816 and 1817 Turtle Dunes (on the second floor as well) and others like 1806, 1807, 1838, 1844, 1848, 1866, and 1867 for families wishing to vacation together.
