Very nice staff. Clean rooms. Nice pool area but do need some umbrellas for shade. Right next door to Mulligans pub which has a great happy hour.

Wonderful staff! Beautiful hotel! They have an amazing restaurant called Mulligans that has great food! Cool walking distance to shops and stores! Brought our dog along and they gave him a warm welcome along with us! Def will be back!!

When we arrived at check in (3 PM) and the room wasn't ready. We were told to wait in the lobby and a room should be ready in <30 mins. After 30 minutes I checked, and a new front desk attendant was there and said he wasn't aware we were waiting in the lobby. He then promptly got us a key. The facility itself is very nice, clean and well done. The built in shower chair was a bonus (I usually bring my own). Things got very noisy after 1AM both in the parking lot and in neighboring rooms.

There was a leaky faucet in the bathroom, overnight flooded the bathroom. The tub is old and oddly put in backward. A good location and the property was fine for the price.

The room I picked wasn’t available and the one front desk lady wasn’t very friendly… all other staff were very friendly though. Parking lot is very small. Otherwise it’s a nice hotel, probably just overpriced for what you’re getting.

We were having a family gathering and wanted to stay outside of Jacksonville. Our reservation was accidentally changed by the hotel. We were not sure what to expect. However the hotel front person Chase eased our concerns showed us a couple of rooms and we we ended up having a good time even know our rooms were not together. And all 10 of us enjoyed breakfast compliments of the hotel and Chase made sure we were having a nice stay. Great location and hotel was very clean!!
