Sleeping arrangements
This condo sleeps 6 across three bedrooms. The primary suite has a king bed, flat-screen TV, and an updated ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers a king bed, flat-screen TV, and a large walk-in closet. The third bedroom has two twin beds and ample closet space. Fresh bed linens and towels are provided throughout.

Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, stove, oven, toaster, and coffee maker. A dining table seats the group for meals in.

Bathroom & laundry
Two updated bathrooms serve the home, one with a bathtub and hair dryer available. In-unit laundry with a washer and dryer is included for longer stays.

Location
Free parking is available on-site with 2 spaces, and self check-in via keypad makes arrival simple. Enjoy access to the community pool, available all year, along with beach access - both shared amenities within the gated community. You're just minutes from Ponte Vedra Beach, plus nearby dining, shopping, and golf.
