The Space
Fairway Breeze is a second-floor condo accessed by a flight of stairs.

The open living area features comfortable furnishings, large windows, and plenty of natural light. An enclosed sunroom provides another inviting space to relax and watch TV, while the private balcony is the star of the home with beautiful views across the golf course.

• Third bedroom: Two twin beds

The home comfortably accommodates up to six guests.

• This is a second-floor condo and requires stairs to reach the front door.
• Maximum occupancy is 6 guests.
• No pets.
• Minimum renter age is 25. Government-issued ID is required.
• No parties or events.
• Sawgrass Country Club is a private members-only club. Rental guests do not receive club membership or access to member-only club facilities.
• Community pool and private beach-access privileges are provided to guests of this property.
• Two vehicles may park at the property.
