This recently renovated, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo has all of the conveniences of home with a king-size bed in the master and queen in the guest room, TVs in each room, a full kitchen, and washer/dryer. It also offers a panoramic view of the ocean from the comfortable, private patio. Enjoy an amazing oceanfront view located directly on the beach with a community pool. Walkways to the beach make for an easy relaxing vacation stay.

Ketch Courtyard condominium complex is centrally located. The Surf Bar is a great breakfast and dining spot and it's right across the street. You will also find miles of bike and walking trails, fishing, boating, kayaking, birding, horseback riding, and more all nearby.

Great vacation for the grandchildren.

Needed additional toilet tissue for each bathroom. One roll per bathroom was not enough for five guest. Had to purchase two additional rolls. Great view of ocean and facilities were nice. Glad to see beach towels and chairs made available. My grandchildren enjoyed their stay.

Great location!

Right on the beach and near plenty of restaurants. Cozy condo with everything we needed—even beach towels and chairs. The view from the balcony was heavenly! We had one little hiccup when we first arrived because the email with checkin details wasn’t delivered. But it was super easy to get in touch with the owner. She texted us and we had all the info we needed to checkin in just a few minutes. It was a great stay!!

Everything at the property was as shown in the listing. The ocean-facing balcony was very nice. Watching the sunrise on the balcony was wonderful, and it was shaded in the afternoon and evening, keeping it relatively cool

Staying with friends for a week and condo comfortably fit 4. It was very clean with a very easy check in and good info from the property manager via an email! The views are beautiful overlooking the beach and the condo had everything we needed for a great stay. About a 10 min drive to town and a quick walk to the beach on the boardwalk. Would definitely stay here again!!!

The property was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Though it’s a condo, it was very quiet, which was nice. It was a short walk to the beach and the property offered plenty of beach, chairs, and toys for our son. Not only was our condo, clean and well-maintained, the property itself was also well-maintained. there was a restaurant right across the street which was fantastic. We would definitely stay here again!

Fernandina Beach Vacation…times 2

This is the second summer in a row that we have stayed at Ketch Courtyard. We love the smaller building and the wonderful beach location. Our condo was very clean and pleasant. It was decorated in a simple beach theme. This unit differed slightly from last summer’s one. Our master bedroom had an ocean view and a sliding door onto the patio! We love Amelia Island and Fernandina Beach. We’ll definitely be back for summer #3 next year!

Beautiful view!

The ocean view from this condo is absolutely beautiful...in both the main living area and the master bedroom. It is centrally located on the island, so easy to get to most restaurants and attractions pretty fast. Condo was equipped was everything we needed. My only complaint is that the pool was super small, but that's not a huge issue being located right on the ocean. We rented an umbrella and beach chairs and made the most of our time there.
