We only host hypoallergenic dog breeds under 50 lbs, which have to be approved according to behavior, furniture use, and sleeping habits--- NO LARGE DOG BREEDS- LABRADORS, HUSKIES, GOLDENS, GREAT DANES, NON-SPECIFIC DOG BREEDS. WE ONLY ALLOW NON-SHEDDING, HYPOALLERGENIC DOG BREEDS---If your pet is approved, we do have a non-refundable pet fee added to your reservation. If you have questions, please reach out to Dee Ferrara, the property manager. All guests are expected to read and follow the HOA rules while staying with us.

This comes in handy for extended stays, and when you need to be able to shut the door and get a little work done in private.
