    Beautiful oceanfront three bedroom condo. Ample space to spread out and enjoy your time in paradise. Two bathrooms, including one ensuite to the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a beautiful king bed with sunrise over the ocean views. The first guest room hosts a queen bed, and the second has a full bed along with a twin bed and trundle.  There is an adjacent full bath in the hallway by the guest rooms. 

    There is a full-size washer and dryer in the unit, and a completely stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook a meal. The property also has wi-fi throughout, along with cable in the living room and master bedroom.  The private balcony overlooks the private fishing pier. There is also a tennis court and pool on the grounds of the gated complex.

    Amelia by the Sea is the island's best kept secret - come enjoy the beach and all of the amenities this beautiful property has to offer!

The condo was exactly as described. Check in was super easy. Kristi was always available (although we had no issues), she kept in communication checking on us. The condo is 2nd floor, easy to access with direct vision to the pool but yet still good view of ocean.

Such a wonderful spot, and sunrises that blew us away. The property was better than expected with a well equipped kitchen and conveniently located to everything we needed!

We really enjoyed staying in 219 Amelia by the sea! Lovely clean condo with room to feel at home even when you overpack! Magnificent view, comfortable mattresses, large kitchen, and easy access to beach and pool will hopefully see us making our way there again! Very highly recommend!

We love Amelia By The Sea. We have been staying here for 13 years in a row, but every year when we see how much they have gone up on the price we think we might need to look elsewhere. I hope they get their price increases under control so we don't have to go somewhere else. The change to a gate key instead of a key pad to gain access to the beach was a major issue. In the past everyone could come and go to the beach on their own, but now everyone has to come and go on their own. This was a major inconvenience. They really need to change beach access back to a key pad with a code.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was beautiful and very clean! It was located in a very convenient spot. It was probably the easiest/fastest booking ever. We will definitely be coming back!!!

Wonderful property, great location!

We spent a long weekend in Amelia Island for a wedding. This condo was amazing! Great location and beautiful view. The condo was perfect for four of us (3 adults + 1 teenager). The owner was great to work with and even allowed us to check-in a little early.

We had a fun time. Apartment was nicely furnished even tho my daughter's bed railing split. Repair person was curtious and polite and repair was done. Location was excellent.

Great location and well maintained

Stayed at this place with my family for Christmas break and had an amazing time. There is only one pier in Fernandina Beach and that is right across the balcony from the living room. Even thought we didn’t had much to request, Property manager Joseph was very prompt in responding. Check in and check out instructions we’re pretty easy and would definitely recommend this place for families with or without children.

Family beach vacation 2025

This condo was perfect for us. It was very roomy, beautiful, convenient and well stocked. Kristi was very good at communicating and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this condo. The only negative comment I would add would be about the parking. It is limited if you have a large group. However Kristi, again, was very nice and accommodating. We will most certainly be coming back soon to this condo.
