Enjoy your own private pool at house #30, and each home has a private hot tub. These homes are the perfect home base for groups, sports teams, and larger gatherings. There are combined 8 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms that can accommodate a maximum of 36 guests. Both homes are 2-levels with a spacious open concept floor plan. Both homes feature amazing balcony views of Snow Canyon, with backyard patios with connecting gates to go back and forth conveniently. Enjoy barbecuing on the poolside patio and preparing meals in the open concept kitchens with dining tables.

Kids and groups alike will love having access to the pickleball courts right next door and the community pool, hot tub and clubhouse game room and lounge.
