Some of the dishes in the cupboards had food stuck to them. The previous renters left behind some clothing items. The fridge hadn’t been wiped out before our stay and had broken shelves in the door. When we weren't hiking, it was very easy to drive into St. George for things like shopping and dining - great location.James was also a very great host - prompt with response times and helpful when we had questions.
