Agréable hôtel pour famille. Très correct.
L’hôtel en sois est très propre. Le personnel est sympathique et très professionnel. Notre chambre avait l’air un peu plus grand plus luxerieux sur les photos. Il y a eu un problème de climatisation ; elle ne fonctionnait que sporadiquement. La chambre était plus chaud que l’extérieur. Leur déjeuner est très variable et très bon. J’ai beaucoup apprécié leur garage de voiture au sous-sol. En conclusion, c’est un hôtel à conseillé.

Staff members were very helpful and very clean lobby but rooms not so much. AC in the rooms not working properly even though it set up for 18 Celsius still not cold enough. I had to keep my window open over night so it was more comfortable and cooler. I

This is not a Family friendly or couple friendly Hotel. It is simply a business city type hotel. The Reception and the front of house staff are are totally useless. Stayed seven days here but not once I saw any one of them engaging with the guests. They were all too busy on their mobile phones. No assistance with luggage or any other issues. The only person that was any good was the room cleaner. She was excellent and very helpful. I would not recommend this hotel for a holiday stay. There are far better hotels with very friendly staff in Istanbul. I definitely booked room with breakfast, but on arrival was told no breakfast is booked. So not a good start. They were too keen to sell me tours etc but service that you would expect in a so called 5 star hotel is totally lacking. The pool is very cold . The Spa prices are extortion. Avoid this hotel at all costs . Expedia should take this off their books for sure.

Stuff were mean and not honest. Frown faces with rude behavior. They provide rooms not as per as the reservation, air conditioning not working . I sweat all night long , I had to fight after midnight to change room . It is awful experience. That’s Turky services .. zero respect, zero service, zero customer support.

Limited Vegetarian Options: As pure vegetarians, we faced a significant challenge with the scarce vegetarian food choices. The suggestion to rely on salads daily was not an ideal solution. 2. Closed Restaurant on Mondays: The hotel's restaurant being closed on Mondays was an unexpected inconvenience, and this information was not communicated beforehand. 3. Language Barrier: Communication proved to be challenging due to a limited understanding of English among the staff, making the overall experience more difficult. 4. Commercial Location: The hotel's location in an industrial/commercial area, distant from major tourist centers, might not be suitable for those seeking a more central location. Conclusion: While the Windsor Hotel in Istanbul offers cleanliness and decent facilities, the limited vegetarian options, unexpected closure of the restaurant on Mondays, language barriers, and a commercial location may affect the overall satisfaction, casting doubt on its claim as a 5-star establishment.

Highly recommend staying here. We had another place booked but were very unhappy and booked here the night before hoping it was better. It was amazing, the staff were amazing with helping us get around with transportation and recommending things to do. The room had a fantastic view, very clean and had no problem with it at all. Food from restaurant was also good, my daughter had to take an exam and it had great wifi and was very quiet so she could complete it. You won’t be disappointed staying here.
