Nous avions réservé une chambre avec petit-déjeuner compris, il n'y avait aucune ambiguïté sur la réservation expedia. Arrivés sur place, ils nous disent sèchement que ce n'est pas compris et nous annoncent une grille de tarifs complète (on ne l'avait pas forcément demandée). Après avoir vu avec le service client expedia, on nous a conseillé de régler les petits déjeuner (hors de prix) pour nous faire rembourser ensuite. Aucune compréhension ni tact auprès de l'hôtel. Réponses assez sèches. L'hôtel est très bien par ailleurs, nous y sommes déjà rendus plusieurs fois. mais le service laisse à désirer, on n'y retournera plus, les (très) bons hôtels sont nombreux à Istanbul.

Attention à ce qu'on essaye de vous facturer!
Hôtel sympathique, un peu vieillot dans la décoration mais très propre, loin du centre ville mais très proche de l'aéroport (avantage ou inconvénient, tout dépend de ce pour quoi on y va). Par contre, la réception va essayer de vous fournir moins que ce pour quoi vous avez payé, et de vous faire payer des choses que vous n'aurez pas consommer. Plus précisément, garder tous les justificatifs décrivant le type de chambre que vous avez réservé (la réception à essayer de transformer notre réservation avec vue sur mer en vue sur aéroport), et vérifier bien la facture finale (ils ont voulu nous tarifer des consommations du mini-bar que nous n'avons pas utilisées). Au moindre doute, n'hésitez pas à contester et à réclamer. Inacceptable dans un 5 étoiles!

I couldn't commect my phone to the tv, I called for someone to help, they said they will send someone, no one came so I fall asleep. The remotw of the tv didn't work properly. The QR code for the room service didn't work so I asked for a printed menu, they took forever because they literally printed it in the moment (terrible by the way) zero environmental friendly

We had a really bad experience at the check in, I wair for an hour for my luggages and finally I myself went to lobby to get my luggages. The next bad experience was when we called for make up room. They only changed the towels and did not clean the bathroom.
