We arrived the reception was full of smoke of cigarettes, the lovely lady took us to the apartment I notice that is not the one I booked. I told and showed her she told me that a 2 bedroom apartment, but i said that not what was on the hotel.com site. I told her I am willing to pay the different but I don't want this apartment. She said she will speak to the manager and get back to me. The next next day i spoke to the manager i told him the place is small and u can't even seat in the toilet properly as the machine is there, he promise to get us changed. I emailed hotel.com to get some help, they replied say the try to call but no obe answered the phone. Second day the lady told me the place is full.Isent another email to hotel.com as i can't call from there telling them hoe i felt they abandon me and my children after receiving tgeir payment. I am in the wrong apartment i felt like i was mis sold. They let us down, hotels.com could have sent an email not just call once and leave to that. The send me nimber to contact them except from Turki. The staff in Nupelda don't even speak English i tried tp speak arabic to explain to them. Can you believe i only had a room service ONCE in 5 Nights there that after I ask them the second night they didn't i have to take the bin outside myself as i have nappies from my baby which smell. They cleaned after the third night that it. I was so looking forward to leaving there. only good thing about this place is the location.
