The hotel has a car park, 200 TL per day. We were very tired on the first day, but we could not find a parking space. We were told the car park was full. We searched for a parking spot for almost 45 minutes.
The next day, there was an empty parki space in front of the hotel, we parked there, but the hotel manager (last name,I think Karakaş) asked us to take it to the car park and said we could not park there. Unfortunately, there is no valet to park your car in the hotel. I left my car where it is located and left the key at the reception.
Mr. Karakaş, disrespectfully, turned his face while I was talking and did not interact with me and was saying sentences to the people around, "I can't tell this woman".
The place I parked was on the roadside and a place where everyone parked, but Mr. Karakaş said it belonged to the hotel. It was definitely not belonged to the hotel
Even if, I am a hotel customer, he could have been more understanding and kinder.
The young girl working at the reception listened to the problem, but she just ignored me.
Room cleaning was not done properly. Hair conditioner bottle I used in the evening was empty when I arrived, and my slippers on the floor were likewise, the bedspread was not fixed properly.
I was not satisfied at all. If you are going there be aware that parking is a problem. You pay a lot for the room and you have to pay for the car park daily.
Customer service, friendliness, cleanliness is unfortunately not good
