Lieber Miyase,Zunächst einmal vielen Dank für Ihren Aufenthalt in unserem Hotel. Wir möchten einige Fragen klären, Ihre Reservierung für ein klassisches Zimmer wurde vorgenommen, die notwendige Erklärung liegt bereits vor. Außerdem hast du gesagt, dass du es nicht wolltest, obwohl deine Freunde dir ein kostenloses Upgrade angeboten haben. Da wir ein internationales Hotel sind, machen wir darüber hinaus keinen Unterschied zwischen Religion und Sprache. Auf dieser Grundlage sind wir der Meinung, dass Ihre Kommentare uns gegenüber unfair waren.Grüße
