Nous sommes vraiment très déçu de cette hôtel nous avons très mal accueilli le personnel à la réception très impolis malgré notre réservation via l'application Hotels.com on nous a refusé à la réception de l'hôtel le réceptionniste nous disais qu'il ne voyais aucune réservation dans son système malgré que nous lui avons montré à plusieurs reprises le mail de confirmation avec le numéro bien entendu mais malheureusement le réceptionniste ne voulais rien comprendre il nous a dis soite vous payer directement soite je ne sais rien faire pour vous donc nous avons dû payer plus chère malheureusement nous somme arriver à l'hôtel la nuit après un long voyage en voiture malgré ça on nous a fait attendre très longtemps à l'entrée de l'hôtel honnêtement je ne comprends pas est-ce vraiment un Mercure Hôtel ?? je tiens aussi à vous dire que je voyage beaucoup à travers le monde je n'ai jamais vue un hôtel MERCURE aussi dégueulasse dans ma vie je déconseille vraiment cette établissements et en plus l'emplacement de l'hôtel est très mal foutue beaucoup de bruit aucune place de stationnement

After sleeping first night I found a cockroach in my bed. I complained and was given another room. In the new room was no heating. I had to wear three layers of clothing in order to keep warm. Staff had very limited English.

Pleasant stay
On check in they couldn't find our booking which was stressful but then a while later they found it. They gave us a family room for the trouble. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel is in the middle of a busy street with lots of shops and restaurants. 2 malls within a 5 minute walking distance. The grand bazaar is about 25 mins in a taxi and can take up to 45 mins if in rush hour. The pool cant be used by children under 6 so this is something to consider of staying here with young children. Also they didnt have any cots for us. All staff we're friendly and helpful. You get bottles of water in the room and there is a mini bar.

Won’t recommend the staff try to make you extend your stay and get you to pay off the app - but really they are not giving you any discount offer - you end up paying more than you originally booked on the app- and when you try to discuss the charges they threatened to assault you

Staffs are friendly. Nice breakfast. Many shops and restaurants are around. Metro station is not too far from the hotel.

Excellent location for shops and restaurants
Great location. I used this hotel as a convenient stopover as I arrived late into Istanbul. For the price it's an awesome find. Staff were super helpful about everything. The room was huge! My only issue was the lighting was quite dark in the room. The window faced a wall so not much natural light and there was only one ceiling bulb working. But really this was minor. A great hotel and fantastic location for shops and restaurants.

Ich werde dieses Hotel nie wieder besuchen. Die Zimmer sind extrem klein. Selbst ein großer Koffer ist nicht zu verstauen. Die Luft im Zimmer ist stickig. Das personal ist nicht hilfsbereit. Sie bevorzugen eher arabische Staatsbürger. Für den Preis ein no Go. Es lohnt sich überhaupt nicht. Die einzel Zimmer sind gerade mal 8 m2 groß. Never ever.

Wir möchten einige Fragen klären, Ihre Reservierung für ein klassisches Zimmer wurde vorgenommen, die notwendige Erklärung liegt bereits vor. Außerdem hast du gesagt, dass du es nicht wolltest, obwohl deine Freunde dir ein kostenloses Upgrade angeboten haben. Da wir ein internationales Hotel sind, machen wir darüber hinaus keinen Unterschied zwischen Religion und Sprache. Auf dieser Grundlage sind wir der Meinung, dass Ihre Kommentare uns gegenüber unfair waren.Grüße
