Pour un hôtel proche de l’aéroport il est génial ! Le seul petit bémol que je pourrais trouver mais ça serait les bruits des avions mais en même temps on a aimé sa proximité avec l’aéroport, très pratique pour une escale ! L’hôtel est moderne très propre et classe ! Les chambres spacieuses, classes et propres, d’un excellent standing ! L’accès à la salle de sport et au sauna 24h/24 est juste top ! Franchement c’est un magnifique hôtel pour un hôtel d’aéroport ! Je recommande franchement et je garderai un très bon souvenir même si notre passage a été court (arrivée à 21h30, départ à 7h le lendemain matin) mais on a pu profiter des nombreux services !

We ordered pizza, it was soo bad unfortunately. Everything else was fine. FYI, we asked information services in the airport the direction for the hotel, and she screamed noo it’s full. We were surprised why she’s lying about it, because we can see from the website that is not. I believe that this is bad for the hotel.

Un établissement propre et impeccable mais une équipe peu commerçante. Hôtel extrêmement cher très loin des standards et très peu commerçant et peu compréhensible. Fuyez !!!!!!!

Bien situé Dommage pour la zone à pied aéroport en travaux Mais heureusement une navette disponible pour aller à l’aéroport Pas de corbeille de fruit de bienvenue offert dommage vue le prix de la chambre relativement chère. D’autres hôtels à proximité le propose c’est assez sympa comme accueil, petit plus qui aurait put faire la différence.

After you have commented about the shuttle transfer information was misleading or none, we have double checked with the expeddia.com, ISG Airport Hotel Web and the other on line channels, there is an information about the transportation between the terminal and the Hotel, the confirmation letter which you should have received have the same information about the transportation point, there is a diagram how to find the location of the Hotel Shuttle meeting point at the on line channels we are cooperating. Please contact with the hotel by the telephone number on the web, on-line channels or there is a designated telephone just for the hotel guests which is located at the Shuttle Meeting point to contact with the ISG Airport Hotel that we can provide you a better service.
