L'emplacement de l'hotel presque impossuble a accédé a pieds La realité na rien a voir avec les photos publiés sur le site !!!!!

Hotel très bien mais seul bemol, impossiblr de garer à proximité le vehicule de location et l hotel est situé en hauteur et pas facile d'accès.

Where to hotels is horrible location no transportation I went Istanbul for medical reasons it is on the hill middle no where You have to very strong walking steps uphill Olso down rooms was not clean properly I booked only 3 nights I stayed only 1 night i check out next day i booked different hotel Expedia they told me pay money back they never did

Short Stay
The hotel is 10 min away from the restaurents and bars. Its a steep uphill walk back. The neigbor hood is average. Rooms were large and clean. No restaurent or food at the hotel, you have to order out.

Die Zimmer rochen mega nach Zigaretten, mehrfach die Rezeption darauf angesprochen, jedoch keine Hilfeleistung erhalten. Zwei unerfahrene Jugendliche führten förmlich die Leitung des Hotels. Nicht empfehlenswert!

Staff was very helpful and accommodating especially when requesting taxi service. Room was very roomy, comfortable, with a beautiful view and very quiet.

We chose this hotel because it had a roof terrace as we wanted to watch the New Year's Eve fireworks. Unfortunately the location is very high making it almost impossible to walk so we had to use taxis which added to the expense. The major problem was the overuse of air freshener in the reception area in particular. This prevented me from sitting there because I'm allergic to the chemicals. We didn't find the staff particularly friendly even on New Year's Eve. There were cotton wool wipes under the sick when we arrived and they were still there when we left. The shower also was not properly cleaned in the corners. The pillows were hard and our room was extremely dark.

Class hotel, more like NO CLASS hotel.
Awful, more like NO CLASS hotel! Staff here, couldn't care less! Wouldn't even crack a smile or a good morning, 4 guys here just sat in the lobby or crowded around the small front door smoking.. in regular clothes. stand-offish, hardly helping, everything was an effort for them. very unhelpful men. It was the night before our wedding, on website hotel said they had laundry and iron service.. not true! They saw my wedding dress, and couldn't care less.. it needed steaming and they didn't help at all. ended up steaming my own dress with a burnt out iron.. for hours. no drinking mugs, glasses, spoons in the room. wifi was spotty, bed was creaky, dusty room..floors were extremely dirty. on arrival there was muddy foot prints on the floor. decor was tacky and worn out. awful smell of fried food in the morning (despite NOT offering a breakfast) and hotel was up a huge steep hill, nothing round it but homes. nowhere to eat or drink or a market. had to rely on hotel's minibar. 80 TL for 2 waters and a fanta.... really disappointing as it was our wedding hotel. and it was more expensive than a really nice hotel that we had in taxsim. wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. We really felt like we were treated like s**t

Ausser der schönen Aussicht auf die Bosphorus Brücke hat das Hotel rein nichts Gutes. Die Unterkunft war dreckig, wir fanden Haare im Bett, am Boden und Badezimmer. Am nächsten Tag, waren die gleichen Haare immer noch am Boden. siehe Bilder. Die WC Schüssel dreckig. Die Vorhänge riechten nach abgestandenem Käse. Die Unterkunft liegt auf einem abgelegenen Hügel. Das einzige Transportmittel, welches hochfährt ist ein Taxi (dann noch überteuert). Keine Parkmöglichkeit. Wir mussten 15 Minuten den Berg runterlaufen um ein Lebensmittelladen anzutreffen. Essen musste via Uber Eat bestellt werden. Das Personal konnte kaum deutsch und täglich standen Esswaren vor den Hoteltüren (Uber Eat Bestellungen), das ganze Treppenhaus des Hotels stank. Nicht zu empfehlen!!!!! Wir reisten nach nur einem Tag ab.

Hello, you didn't leave in one day. You stayed 2-3 night and you leaved the hotel because you didn't like the room and reason for this was room was not big enough for you. You said these things to us and when you're here you never complain about cleaning service. Room was clean and there was no hair or no smell in the room because after cleaning we are checking the rooms also when you enter your room you didn't said to us "room is not clean" or "room smelling". In third day you sad i want cleaning and our cleaner forgot to clean one place on the closet. There was no another dirt just one thing. And you used this against us to take refund but your reservation was not refundable soo we didn't accept. We could clean again we said this but you didn't accept. Soo you didn't leave the hotel because of bad clean or anything else you leaved bc you were gonna have surgery and room was not big enough for you to spend time in it. You said these things to us. We hope surgery was passed succesfull for you and get well soon. In short you were gonna leave the hotel anyways. You had no complain about hotel. Just because of one mistake you used this mistake against us to take refund. We offered you to change room but you didn't accept bc you did reservation from another hotel already. You didn't accept any help or solution from us. And nearest market is 2 min away from hotel by walk. Also we always here to help as i sad when you are here. If you want to order food we could help you. Also there is no Uber Eats in Turkey. Have a nice day.

No frills propery on a quieter side street that is a short 10 minute walk or a 2-3 minute scooter ride to the main drag. My room on 2nd floor had a great view of the Bosphorus. Some highway noise.
