Hotel is nice not the staff
Hotel is nice and convenient. Locqtion is not bad, many eating options near the hotel. The only drawbacks are the staff. They arent rude but they think tourists are stupids saying its difficult to get a taxi in Istambul to go to aurport and offeribg orivate driver 3 times more expensive than taxi. Pity….

I enjoyed my stay, I did observe however that the room was not as clean as I thought expected. The washroom door had visible splash marks on it. Room service is timely, however often the portions are incredibly small for what you’re paying. Breakfast had a great variety, and there’s a restaurant and coffee shop in the actual hotel. There’s also many coffee and food places near the hotel like within a 10 minute walk. Staff were very friendly and hospitable, make sure all your needs are met. Room was comfortable. Bathroom was great as well.

I like the staff at Bricks: they are attentive, and helpful and go out of their way to help you if they can. The room was really quite nice and the breakfast was excellent. The only downsides are: trying to park at the property (It's on a very busy highway and you have to attract the attention of the doorman to get a valet to park your car, and the surrounding area which is poorly lit at night and seems rather out of the way and dingy. However, I would recommend it as being well worth the price and as a pleasant experience.

Nasıl 5 yıldızlı otel aklım almıyor.
Otelin 5 yıldız olduğuna aldanmayın. Oda da komedinlerin üstü yapış yapıştı. Çöp kovası kırıktı. Odalarda bulunan klimalar filtre değişim uyarısı veriyordu. Vasatın da çok altında bir hizmet söz konusu. İşin ilginci zahmet edip TL menü bile koymamışlar. Kahvaltıdan sonra başka birinin içtiği nar suyu için itiraz etmesem 5 Euro para ödemek zorunda kalacaktım.
