Hôtel accueillant proche du centre de Besiktas
Tout à fait satisfaite de l’hôtel ainsi que son confort par contre au niveau de la description de celui ci, je n’ai pas apprécié du tout qu’on puisse y lire que le wifi est gratuit hors que ps du tout vu qu’a l’arrivee on vous informe que ce service coûte en réalité 7€ par jour !!!!!! Trop cher vu qu’avec un numéro turque vous rechargez 20€ pour 8Ga qui dure bcq plus longtemps qu’en Europe ! Info pas correct à ce sujet Attention aussi à l’arrivee on vous propose le petit déjeuner pour 10€ hors le room service vous propose un petit déjeuner plus que complet pour 30 tl ( monnaie turque ) c’est à dire 7,5€. Hormis ces petits broutilles nous avons été ravi de cet hôtel et de ces alentours

Sejour tres agreable, plein de choses a decouvrir,hotel tres agreable et pratique de par son emplacement. Nous n'avions pas besoin d'autres prestations, uniquement calme et confort apres de longues journees de visites. Petit dejeuner tres bien egalement

The staff was made thus hotel felt like 7 star hotel it was spotless clean Mrs. Şirin and heartbeat was top notch our room was cleaned by a gentleman Mr.Ömer he did an amazing job he even folded our clothes the room was spotless Reception team was so kind and attentive Mr. Hüseyin was very kind and helped us with a smile on his face The whole staff was sooo professional and kind The location of the hotel was very convenient and it was easy to transport to nice restaurants and shopping area We reserved the rooftop suite and view of boshphorus was so beautiful I will highly recommend this hotel if you want to feel welcome and sleep in a comfortable clean bed Again I would like to say thank you very much to the whole hotel staff 🙏

The hotel is situated in a safe and nice neighbourhood with lots of restaurants, cafes, etc. That said, I ended up staying in one of their overflow rooms in the basement because they simply exceeded their capacity. The room had no daylight, a faulty heating system, and was next to a heavy traffic room that is used by the hotel staff. They constantly smoked and all the cigarette smell filled in my room. My complaints about the heating system and smoking did not do anything (I stayed there for a full week). I am not much of complainer usually, and I live in Canada - so if I am complaining that my room is cold, it means it is sub-15degC. I think the hotel doesn't fit well for the Marriot brand. My friends staying in much cheaper, no-name hotels nearby, had much great time. Anyways, my two-cents, there is always a chance that you'll be dumped in one of these basement rooms and deal with the same problems.

Fantastisk hotel
Fantastisk godt beliggende hotel med god renlighed og service i topklasse. Placeringen er tæt på færge forbindelsen til Üsküdar og Kadiköy som kun tager 15 min, ligeledes er den tæt på letbane stationen Kabatas som med få stop fører til Grand Bazar og den Blå moske. Ydermere kan man let komme til Taksim pladsen hvor der også er metrostation.
