« We had a wonderful trip to Isla Mujeres and stayed here. There was good communication from the owners before and leading up to the trip. The check in process was easy and we were able to check in when we arrived. The property was clean. The bed was particularly comfortable and the views were great. There was an issue with the water initially but it was handled very quickly and good communication from the owner. I would stay here again, thanks ! »

« Chicken was pretty easy and a girl across the street on the corner showed me exactly where to go and after getting the door code and the apartment code I was ready to explore. « I was hesitant to book this because there was only one review, but took the chance. The pool is nice and overall the condo is nice. My issue is the fact that they only gave us five towels and two washcloths for a 4 day stay. They wanted to charge us for more towels. The bathroom had hair all over the floor and toilet, the walls were dirty. We had to have a property manager from another condo bring us towels. There is no blanket for the pull out bed. "Nous avons passé un séjour magnifique en famille. l’hôtel est très étendu au point que pour aller parfois d’un point à un autre, il faut prendre l’une des nombreuses navettes prévues. le personnel est hyper serviable , à l’écoute . le buffet est très varié que ça soit pour le petit déjeuner , le déjeuner et le dîner. le must est de pouvoir profiter des restaurants inclus : indien, japonais, steakhouse, mexicain… il y a l’embarras de choix. Mention spéciale pour notre concierge Maria, omniprésente pour nous aider dans les différentes démarches comme la réservation des restaurants ou encore des idées d’excursions. à refaire !"
