« Hotel terriblement mal isolé, la nuit fut très courte. Nous étions au 10e étage. Au bar un verre de vin très ordinaire à 24 $, je trouve ça abusif. Le quartier très bof. Beaucoup d'itinérants juste en face de l'hôtel. Je ne récommande pas. »

« This hotel is quite good! The front desk staff was nice. The breakfast buffet was delicious—my granddaughters loved the pancake machine. It was great that there was a pool table so I taught my granddaughters to play pool. The room itself had plenty of space and the ventilation was very quiet. My only issue was the refrigerator motor which was very noisy. »

« Bon hôtel bien situé à Brooklyn avec une chambre bien aménagée et une literie très confortable. Transports à proximité, 40min pour rejoindre Manhattan. Cependant nettoyage des chambres pas vraiment optimale (oublie des poubelles, aspirateur non passé régulièrement etc). Personnel agréable mais qui ne parle pas français donc il faut maitriser l'anglais sinon dans l'ensemble bon experience et bon hôtel que je recommande. »

« Suited my basic needs ! And the price was lower than most other options. The building is newly renovated, and the room was small but clean & comfortable. Once I was in the room: all good. But externally: the "lobby" is negligible, the "breakfast" is a to-go bag of uninteresting snacks, it's a so-so sketchy neighborhood, a 10-15 minute walk to a subway station. the staff are helpful, but difficult to understand (heavy Indian accents) »

« La chambre était comfortable et propre, mais il y avait un gros courant d'air autour de la fenêtre, avec le sifflement du vent en permanence dans l'unité de chauffage de la fenêtre. Très mal isolé, il faisait -20 degrés dehors. Du coup. le chauffage ne s'arrêtait jamais malgré le thermostat. Donc soit il faisait trop chaud, soit on le fermait complètement et il faisait trop froid. Et la pièce où était servi le petit déjeuner n'avait pas de chauffage non plus car l'unité était brisée. « Walking in from the cold, greeted by friendly staff and the offer of cheesecake bites and a glass of bubbles. Yes, please! Bed was comfortable, room felt both hip and clean, and food was pretty solid in the hotel restaurant for breakfast. Very easy walk over to Brooklyn Paramount if you are staying in area to hit a show. Also very easy access to public transit. »
